This place has some of the worst service. We had to use them through our Home Warranty because their "preferred vendors" were not available. We were told someone would contact us to schedule an appointment. No call until a person was on their way in the middle of the day. We said no one could make it there so they bumped us to the bottom of the list for a no call, no show. It took them four days to reschedule us. Initially, they said they would be out between 10-11. At a bit after 11 I called to see what the status was because I had someone sitting at our house for us (with no AC). They said they were running behind and would be out by noon. After noon I called back because no one had made it out yet. They said they couldn't get someone out to us until between 2 and 4. At 3, they called to let me know their truck broke down and they wouldn't be there until 6 or 7, but couldn't even guarantee someone would make it out that day. I said I was sending the person who was sitting at my house home and no one would be there. At about 5, my fiance received a call saying someone was on their way. I called their office to confirm and their office told me it was a mistake. So no one was at the house when they got there. When I was (rightfully) angry with the woman she said they would never schedule service if I couldn't be nicer to her. I was lucky I had a place to stay in the heat because it took them five days to get my AC fixed. The technician was nice enough, but their office staff is impossible to deal with. I will be paying out of pocket next time if my Home Warranty had their better vendors booked again.

As a remodeling contractor doing everything from kitchen and bath remodels to gut rehabs, I have used Dolinic's services on all of my most recent projects that required HVAC work. He and his crew do excellent work for a reasonable price, and I plan to continue to call on him for work in the future. I also readily recommend him to past clients who need heating and air conditioning work.

I woke up to the heat not working in my house right before I had to leave for work. It was expected to be 28 degrees out at night. I called multiple other companies and they didn’t have any availability until the next morning and with a special needs dog and 5 other animals, I couldn’t wait through the night and risk me or my dog getting sick. Dolinic heating and cooling made sure to send someone to my house even on such short notice and truly made an exception for my circumstance. They are the definition of a local community first company and I am now a customer for as long as I live in St. Louis
