Nick Dolnic took care of my heating and cooling problems, where my second floor unit was not keeping up. They came to look at the house, proposed a solution, and installed the system. They designed a new 2nd story return duct, an air conditioning unit, and a furnace. They were professional in the proposal phase, with the installation, and follow up.

Edit - 7 months later and everything is great. My heating bills are $100 less each winter month and my A/C bills are $200 less.

If I could rate a 0 I would! Worst company ever!They are liars and degenerates. Never finished the install. Left a 7 month pregnant lady and kids under 2 with a handicap husband with no AC. We have not had AC for over a year now! They damaged our house in so many ways! Including rooms they weren't even servicing things in. They damaged our landscaping and tress when they threw out the old ac unit out our third floor window. Scratched our floors and damaged 100 year old doors and trim! I would even let them work in a port potty. Differently would not recommend them to any body! Owner is so rude and cant take responsibility for his workers actions! Not only that Nick is a lair!!!!!!

Very happy with this teams' work. I had 3 other vendors out to look at 2 separate AC units and the experience was terrible. However, Nick Dolinic and his team was very prompt, professional, and did great work. Both units are working perfectly and we are very happy. I highly recommend this company.

How do you cool a century home that has no ductwork? Nick Dolinic was able to figure it out with a cost efficient AHU in the attic! Less construction to deal with, cost efficient, works & cools great. The house went from being 90 to 76 degrees. I'm very happy with my new unit & Nick Dolinic Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend.
