Great experience with service technicians Scott, Brandon and Jason. This is the first time I have used this company and would definitely recommend them for you heating and cooling needs. They quickly repaired my furnace and my humidifiers are working! Very professional, knowledgable technicians!

its the Sunday of Labor day weekend and it was hot inside the house. I realized the air conditioner wasn't working. I left a message for Averill in the hope that I will get a call on Tuesday to set up an appointment. Jack called me and came in within 30 minutes. The air conditioner was fixed withing 90 min of my call! I truly appreciate their excellent and prompt service

Jack was out on 12/26/17 to resolve my furnace issue. It ended up being the thermostat which was replaced on his visit. He had one on his truck and there was a promotion on this particular thermostat so I got a good deal. Jack was very professional and answered my questions.

Jack was our service person. He was great at explaining what was going on and fixed it immediately. It was just a minor noise issue, but he found it very quickly and we had a laugh about how usually when you hear a noise, it mysteriously stops when the technician is there! Thanks again Jack.

Got home from work and our house was 80 degrees, call at 5 pm and Jack arrived about 40 minutes later. Jack fixed our a/c, answered all my question. This is the first time I used Averill, and I was very happy with the service. I will be calling them from now on. Great job. Thanks

Exceptional Service! These guys know their business. Jack called before coming out and quickly identified my A/C problem and explained what would be involved in fixing it. He had it repaired and running like it was brand new in no time. Thanks for doing more than I expected and thanks to everyone at Averill from start to finish.

I had an issue with my furnace, late evening. Left message. received call back the next morning at 7:30AM and Jason was here at 8AM. Issue was resolved by 8:30AM. Great service!! And Jason even educated me on what was wrong and how to identify it. I did not have to take a day off work. Will use them again for sure!
