Scott, Brandon and Mike sized and installed a new AC unit for our home. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient. They did all the right things - reviewing all our options, reviewing their work as it progressed and inviting us to ask questions. I would highly recommend Averill.

Jack and Mike were the pinnacle of professionalism on the service call I had today. Jack was very helpful in performing a normal tune up and adding refrigerant to my AC. Mike helped to diagnose an air flow concern i had and was willing to walk me through his thoughts on how to optimize the flow in my 1930's home. Thanks again!

Jack Farley appeared Monday at the agreed time to service my furnace for the upcoming season. In a very professional manner he cleaned and adjusted the settings on our furnace. The filter was changed and we were ready for winter. The humidifier was checked and turned on. At my request he also checked our air conditioner condenser and flushed the coil outside. This service was accomplished within an hour.
