Mike C called ahead to advise he was on his way. I told him I might be on an important call when he arrived so he was very respectful as to not make a lot of noise when he came into the house. He went straight to work, completed all of his tasks in a very pleasant and professional manner. He cleaned up the area and left with an appreciative thank you. Job well done! I would recommend Averill and Mike C in the future!

My husband called Averill in the morning because we needed our water heater checked out since we had no hot water. Jack Farley and another gentleman was at our house that same morning. They put a thermal coupler on and cleaned it and it is working again. We love the fast service we get from Averill and love the people they send they make sure you know what is needed to fix the problem and how much it will cost.

Averill Heating and Air Conditioning is always a pleasure to deal with, from the office staff to every technician that has been to our home. Jack was our service technician the last couple times and he is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will continue to purchase the service package to have our furnace and air conditioning units checked each season.

After a lengthy process of getting offers to replace our HVAC system, I decided to give the Averill company a shot at giving us an offer. Though I expected a hefty offer from them, I must say that to much to my surprise their offer was super reasonable for the best HVAC replacement option we were given overall (efficient total Trane HVAC system). We went with their offer. The installation was done in a very professional, swift, and clean manner and the system is wonderful! The system has been up and running for two months now, and we are so happy with the results!

Brandon Sirles from Averill Heating & Air Conditioning recently performed maintenance and repairs on my AC unit at my residence. He is a very polite and well informed young man, did a great job & left my basement and yard in excellent condition when he completed the work. I will continue to use Averill - I've never been disappointed.

I had to call Averill around 4pm on Tuesday, April 16th I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday, April 17th. I had to have an emergency visit to the oral surgeon on Wednesday, April 17th, so there was an issue. I called Averill on Tuesday, and they worked the schedule out so that I was able to get the first call on Tuesday.

Jack Farley was our technician. He called beforehand to verify the appointment, and arrived promptly at 8 am. Jack was very good, so I have no complaints about his work. He recommended a couple of add on items, but was not pushy about it. I appreciated that. I have been using Averill for many years now. They installed the current system I have.

Brandon and Dave came by to check on my AC units and get them tuned up for summer. They were very professional, pointed out areas of concerns like changing the batteries in my thermostats, who knew. They explained what they were doing and why. I can not be more pleased with the services they provided. I will always call Averill for my heating and cooling needs. Thank you Brandon and Dave.

On a hot Friday evening we returned to find the upstairs unit was not cooling. I called Averill about 9 on Sat morning as this was normal business hours for this company. They scheduled a technician to arrive about 11 am. Jack was on schedule and diagnosed the problem as an electrical cut-out box. He was able to restart the unit and suggested a permanent repair be made soon. Jack was courteous, competent and honest in opinion. I would recommend this company for prompt and competent service. I will call them again!!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Averill Heating and Cooling. Learning the specifics on what I needed from Mark and Scott; all the way to the final installation team; Mike Brandon and Chris was a great experience. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. They all answered questions that we had and fully explained the feature/function of the new HVAC system. I would highly recommend Averill Heating and Cooling to anyone that may be looking for a great system from a great company.

Averill was my 3rd and last quote for a new system. The owner came out and reviewed my existing dinosaur of a system that had stop working due to multiple leaks. I felt he was extremely knowledgably and was giving me tips even if I decided not to go with his company. After reviewing his quote compared to the other two companies I was not only going to get a better system but also a better price and a longer warranty on labor. He even offered to come out and put some coolant in to make sure we were not to hot before our installation. Lastly, I could not have been more pleased with the installation...The technicians were all professional, knowledgably and worked extremely efficient. When the full install was done they reviewed everything with us and made sure we didn't have any questions before they left. I would definitely recommend this company, the owner and the technicians.
