We have been Sharp-Long customers for several seasons now. During the time we have been customers, we've scheduled separate annual check-ups for our furnace in the Fall and our A/C unit in the Spring. The Sharp-Long staff is very professional and courteous. Their technicians arrive within the specified service window and always call in advance of their arrival. They are courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and always go over the results of their findings with you, happy to answer any questions you may have. When you call their office during regular business hours, you'll reach a person rather than an automated answering system. If you have to leave a message on their answering machine, you'll get a timely call back.

Outstanding customer service has become the exception rather than the rule in our culture. Sharp-Long stands tall in this respect, fully committed to great customer service. They care about the customer. I have no affiliation with this company other than being a regular customer. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. This is a business you will be glad you've chosen for your HVAC needs.

They explained everything on how to use the new system. They provide a great warrantee and have a great maintenance guarantee and schedule. They left nothing in question. The install team showed up on time and completed the install in the time they said it would be done. We purchased two furnaces, two air conditioners, and two water heaters. So far so good.
