We have been Sharp-Long customers for several seasons now. During the time we have been customers, we've scheduled separate annual check-ups for our furnace in the Fall and our A/C unit in the Spring. The Sharp-Long staff is very professional and courteous. Their technicians arrive within the specified service window and always call in advance of their arrival. They are courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and always go over the results of their findings with you, happy to answer any questions you may have. When you call their office during regular business hours, you'll reach a person rather than an automated answering system. If you have to leave a message on their answering machine, you'll get a timely call back.

Outstanding customer service has become the exception rather than the rule in our culture. Sharp-Long stands tall in this respect, fully committed to great customer service. They care about the customer. I have no affiliation with this company other than being a regular customer. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and friendly from the salesman to the installers. They installed on time and were very clean in how they treated our home. They explained everything on how to use the new system. They provide a great warrantee and have a great maintenance guarantee and schedule. They left nothing in question. I would use them again for sure if I have any other needs in the future.

We were due for regular maintenance. While our technician Mike was here I had a few questions for him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping to answer them. He even went above and beyond by removing a dead mouse that had got in our outside unit as well! Thanks for all your help Mike!

From the initial meeting with the salesman Steve, through installation, everything in the process was great. There was never any pressure and a great deal of information up front. The install team showed up on time and completed the install in the time they said it would be done. We purchased two furnaces, two air conditioners, and two water heaters. So far so good. We could not be happier with the Sharp Long experience.

Sharp Long installed a new HVAC system for us eight years ago. The install team was great and no problems since installation. We believe in Sharp Long's Preventive Maintenance program and their service techs have always been courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Service person was very professional and forthright in dealing with repair. He was knowledgable and clear in explaining the problem with our furnace—we felt confident in his ability to handle things.
