We are so grateful to have Sharp-Long as our only HVAC company. We have a maintenance package with them in which they come to check our air conditioner and furnace every year. All the technicians they have are wonderful. This week, Joe came and performed our maintenance. He has excellent customer service skills. He is so professional and so skilled. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. He is very proud to work for this company. He is such a good representative as the face of your company.
