Our thermostat started going crazy. Sharp-Long came out right away, and Colin (sp?) determined we needed a new thermostat. It was installed the same day, and we are so happy with our user-friendly thermostat. Colin explained the new thermostat and answered all questions.

Lloyd Gould and his assistant did a great job! They were polite, respectful and took the time to explain everything they were doing. It’s too soon to see what savings on utilities we will get but I believe they will be less than before (at least usage will be less but who knows about the cost). We have used Sharp-Long for over 25 years and wouldn’t use anyone else. The company is honest, and we trust what they say. We have recommended them to our friends who are now Sharp-Long happy customers too.

We called around to five HVAC companies for new AC quotes before selecting Sharp-Long. They were the last folks we called on a recommendation from a neighbor.

We liked how instead of sending out just another “sales bro” they sent a guy who has been in the business for years and actually knew what he was talking about. Joe was the only person to point out prior owners had sealed off multiple cold air intakes which was starving our system. Joe took the time to investigate our setup to truly understand our needs. He made it seem like he really cared.

The install staff did a great job as well. There was one unexpected challenge they identified and corrected on the spot free of charge since they were already doing similar work elsewhere.
