I called this company for my AC, the people who answered the calls were very friendly and patient. One of my friends told me that he had used this company before, it was a good one.
But the technician was totally different. He checked my AC, giving options. I chose to add Feron. He charged $267 per gallon of Feron, saying that he would add 4 pounds for me. I showed him the receipt from last year that the Feron was $40 per pound, I called my old AC company, a family company, was told the price of Feron is doubled this year, $80 per pound, but they were too busy to serve me because they had been booked for at least two weeks.
So I told the technician of Anthony that I just needed 1 pound now, he said he didn't know if he could do that and that he needed to call his supervisor to see if he could do that. I told him," ok". Then he said he didn't need to talk to the supervisor, he could add that one gallon, I felt suspicious, I asked him twice," so you could add one pound, you don't need to talk to your supervisor.", Twice he answered that he could put one pound in, he did not need to talk to the supervisor. But he disappeared after walking out of my house. I could not find him in his truck. I called him, no response, I left a voicemail, no response. I checked my basement, he was not there. I had to search around my house, I found him talk on the phone at the back corner of my house. I asked him," Are you talking to your friend?", He said "No, I am talking to my boss about the one gallon." I told him," you said three times that you could put one pound in, you did not need to talk to your boss. What are you doing? I can't trust you."

The supervisor called, saying that one pound of Feron would damage my unit. Then why did not the technician tell me this then? Why did he agree to do it and then go to the back corner of my house to talk behind me. The supervisor said the technician went to the back corner of my house for shade. No trees there, no shade there.
