They were very friendly, came and checked out a broken mini split AC unit to see if it was fixable or if it needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and explained things well and documented his findings with supporting pics.

As usual, the Anthony PHCE representative, James Jasinski, did a great job for me. He understood my limitations with poor eyesight and replaced the existing thermostat (the one with relatively low backlight) with the newer model which was much easier to read. He also configured the thermostat for my optimum temperature while explaining the programmable features if I chose to activate at a later date. Entire job took about 20 minutes. Thank you, Paul Abt
