Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

So, I have Anthony's ASAP service which, for a low monthly cost (< $20)
gives the benefit of annual preventative maintenance inspections for electric, furnace/aircon and plumbing. The tech Tyrone who came out and performed this inspection was highly competent, no pushy sales tactics and knew his stuff. His approach was about the safety aspects and he has proposed a solution that was NOT forthcoming previously from my energy provider. Obviously, there's a cost and it's not cheap. But, and it's a BIG BUT, a lot less expensive than the cost of doing nothing and it causing a major electrical issue that could endanger my family. Thank you for your professionalism and I would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony Heating etc. Good people ;)

Had a leak in my basement. Anthony looked over the plumbing and only half diagnosed the problem and not very well. Then quoted me $1300 to repair the issue. I was able to fix the problem for $7. Very poor job PROPERLY diagnosing the issue.

I can't say enough about Anthony's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. I had preventive maintenance done on the AC this visit. The tech was very comprehensive in completing the service and found an issue that is going to be easily resolved. Thank goodness for parts and labor warranty AND Anthony's service agreement program.

Matt was great. He did an excellent job of fixing one toilet and replacing another. He was friendly and professional and made good recommendations for the work needed. I will request him the next time we have plumbing work.

Nathan Groat did a sewer line camera inspection. He was excellent. He’s very professional and friendly, with great communication and customer service skills. I feel much better about my plumbing following his visit.

Brandon came to give me an estimate on installing a new light fixture in my ceiling along with adding a line and a switch on the wall. My plan was to get multiple estimates. But I was happy with Brandon's estimate and had him start the work that afternoon. He did a great job and had my new lighting up and running before he left that day.

Tried to sell me on the most expensive option, and when I said that was way out of line, came back $3000 less for a lesser unit. At that point I saw I was dealing with a salesman and not a company that wasn’t trying to take advantage of a bad situation. It was time to look somewhere else.
I suppose it was my fault because I wasn’t clear that I didn’t want the most expensive option. I did say that we were only going to be in the house another 5 years, so didn’t want to go overboard.
My furnace is just fine, but the first offer was to replace the entire system. Shake my head….
I should have just said, give me the best price upfront. Again my mistake. I waisted his time and my time.

Glen was extremely sweet and he did a fabulous job! You should be extremely proud to have a wonderful employee like him! I'm going through something right now and he made sure I was okay before he left and I really appreciated that!

Seth did an outstanding job with our drain and mainline clean. He educated us on the issue the possible causes and the remediation prior to addressing the issue to its fullest. We definitely would like to have him back to address any issues in the future!

Plumber came out for shower area leak, claimed to be cross threaded shower neck. Ended up being an old tub spout. Wanted to charge $842 to bash a hole in new tile wall and replace shower neck. Would have caused a huge mess. Fixed it myself, $20
