Ricotta Heating & Air Conditioning

i would definately recommend ricotta heating and ac i have yet to see a problem they can not fix or find out the problem and get it fixed as soon as possible as his apprentice i have accompanied on many jobs with him and he has gotten all cold customers heat and back up and running as quickly as possible and we leave the homes with the customer smiling and grateful.

We had a terrible experience! He came and used scare tactics with us on our unit. He didn't fix it correctly and we had to call someone else. He also grossly overcharged us. I would not recommend this company.

Had these guys come do some work on my mother’s heating system. A couple of issues happened. First of all the tech that came out looked at my mothers legs and said “you’ve got cellulitis,” which is something she’s highly insecure about. Second of all we were charged $95 for a cleaning of her furnace system. I went over to her house a couple of days later and the entire thing absolutely FILTHY.

Ricotta has, in the past 8 years, installed a furnace, air conditioner and a humidifier to our system. All of the work has been done in a very professional manner by knowledgable technicians. They have always arrived very close to when they were expected and the work was finished perfectly and on time as promised. The service that Ricotta has offered over the last 8 years has been very high quality at a reasonable price. I had a problem today, a Saturday, and the technician was at my home within 90 minutes of my call. The problem was resolved and my furnace was serviced. I would strongly recommend Ricotta to anyone who is in need of new HVAC equipment or anyone looking for high quality service at a reasonable price.

Ricotta Heating and Air Conditioning came same day to fix my HVAC unit. They were efficient and professional. I very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism.

Called for service on furnace on a sunday morning and technician arrived in about 4 hours, great. He worked on furnace and fixed burnt wires and put it back together. I asked him why the fan motor was still running so he opened furnace back up hit on the fan contacts and said they must be stuck. Company has great response time.

We had a leak in our basement from the AC unit and these guys were out quickly and took great care of us. Super prompted when it comes to taking care of their customers.

The work is always done in a timely matter. I really like how he shows
you a spreadsheet with the work/task and the price. He’s not giving you a price off the top of his head.
