I talked with Allen Ricotta after a very high estimate from jerry kelly for an ac unit replacement. Allen was able to offer us a much better deal and even offered additional discounts. Allen was a great guy to talk with and very honest. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for ac unit replacement

We were very comfortable with Ricotta from the minute he stepped into our home. Right away, I could tell he was honest, trustworthy and a really nice guy. We had called a few other contractors before we found Ricotta. All the others were pushy, gave a high pressure sales pitch, their estimates were high and left us with an uncomfortable feeling. So glad my husband found Ricotta Heating and Air Conditioning! He had the most reasonable price and we are extremely happy with our new central heating and air conditioner! I highly recommend this company!

Called Ricotta at 730am due to my ac freezing overnight was able to get same day service. Alan the owner arrived at my house around 6pm he could have been there sooner had I been home from work he immediately started to work ensuring the unit was clean and safe to operate, homed up his gauges and diagnosed the problem. The unit was low on r22 be recharged it spent the time to ensure everything was operating as it should. Gave me a rough idea on price to replace my outdated unit I will definitely call them again.

We have had them take over all our HVAC work at home and at work. We have an older system at work and they've quickly figured it out saving us lots of money. And, most importantly, the system works well and we don't have the seasonal failure that used to be part of the changing of the seasons.

They've also installed new HVAC systems for us at home and it's turned out well. We went with high-efficiency and have really noticed a drop in our utility bills.

We would recommend them highly.
