I would leave -2 stars if I could. piss poor service. I would not recommend this business to put A.C. in my dog house. disappointed 100%. Had a new unit installed less than 3 years ago, and it has been having problems. We paid for an extra warranty; however, it broke and he will charge us extravagantly just to look at our unit. This should be no charge since he installed our unit with extra warranties. Now he claims to have lost all paperwork, which could include his past customers and future customers. We kept all of our paperwork and receipts, but it doesn't matter. So, keep your receipts and take your business else where. This man just wants your money!!

Furnace stopped blowing hot air. They came when they said. Had the part on the truck. While they were here had them clean the furnace and fix a dent in the ductwork so I could get the right size filter in. Very knowledgeable very price fair. Couldn't be happier.

Called Alan to come fix a repair that I had caused myself he could of came out charged me a service fee and fixed my issue but instead he took the time to listen to my problem and walked me thru a simple fix over the phone free of charge now I know all issues can't b fixed over the phone but he was honest enuff to save me the time n money n help me out and not just take my money thanks again Alan

Excellent customer service & affordable. They went out of their way to make sure our furnace was properly working- could not have asked for a better experience or customer service.

AC repairs always come at the worst possible time, I waited weeks before contacting a company to come out and service our AC system out of fear of not being able to afford it.. I contacted Ricotta Heating and Cooling and Alan came out for our service call, He informed me that my system would need a thorough cleaning and also that it had been overcharged with freon.. He was here less then an hour and my house is running 10 degrees cooler.. I highly recommend this company to all my friends, family and all of you..
