These guys are great. Family owned business who takes pride in their work. i called them for help and they responded within the hour. Install and new heating and cooling system for my mom and the did a great job.

They came out to me at almost an hour drive within 24 hours of calling them and had it fixed in an hour. Very happy to have cool air again.

Called me back within minutes, came out soon after. Knowledgeably diagnosed the problem and had us going again in no time! Relatively low cost too! Would recommend!

We have used Ricotta for several years and absolutely love them. Someone answers the phone 24/7 which is fantastic and they are extremely helpful. I've had several technicians show me exactly what isn't working (either on furnace or AC), thoroughly explain it to me and show me how I can troubleshoot it in the future. To top it off, their prices are the best around. I highly recommend them.

Great service by Alan at Ricotta. He started his day at 7AM and even though I was scheduled for the next day he came by to fix my AC unit just after 5pm the same day. Our AC went out. We called Ricotta Heating and Air Conditioning and within 30 minutes they were here! We got a refurbished unit for a fraction of the cost and it's been running great ever since! Highly recommend!

I made a reservation the night before and first thing this morning had a follow up call and a plan for when he would come and look at my unit. He was prompt to the time and went straight to work. Professional, accurate and had the unit up and running a in about 30 minutes. Price was fair and I could not be happier with the work done. I would highly recommend this business and will be calling them again when the need arises.

The prices are right! They are punctual, knowledgeable and really do care!!! They kept my old c/a unit running for 3 years. They just replaced it. I'm very pleased with everything, as always! Ricotta will always have my business!
