Put in a service call to Ricotta and the manager Alan answered and talked me thru the problem I was having with my furnace. He then gave me a assumption of what could be wrong and a estimate price for the repair. Alan was not just helpful,but very polite! Once I requested his service,his response was very prompt and affordable! I would recommend this company for any service or repairs,they did a great job and had my furnace up and going within 20 minutes!

Just bought my house this past year and had them come out to check my furnace for a cleaning. Hadn't been serviced in many years. Service was good. The technician was knowledgeable and pointed out a few things I should be aware of. I would hire them again.

Alan was great! Fair and honest! I called them at 4am, they answered and gave me a few tips on keeping my house cool until they could come out. They called that morning to give me their ETA and called again when they were on the way.

I would like everyone to know that this company is stealing from customers.
We had Ricotta out to service our AC unit under the impression it was $50. The man that came out to our house was extremely lazy maybe even injured to the point of not being able to perform his job. My husband carried all of the tools for the guy because he complained the whole time about his knee and he barely cleaned the coils on our unit after asking if we had the tools to clean our unit which we didn't have.(why would we?) He was there for less than 45min.

We tried really hard to make things as easy as possible for him. We offered him water and my husband was basically helping him do his job.

Finally, when all is said and done, the dude charges us $700 dollars and left us with a half can of cleaner to further clean the coils. Now let me make this very clear. We had a service call. We did not have a broken unit. We simple wanted to get our unit functioning at full capacity because of the heat. Not at any point did the guy tell us we were looking at a $700 service call which is clearly advertised on their van at $50.

Besided the fact that we're a family of 4 kids under 6 that just got completely ripped off, I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. We are completely disappointed a local business would do this to a community member.

We used Ricotta to replace our furnace a few months ago and were very pleased with the service and price. We recently also had them come out for minor repairs and had a great experience both times. Both times we were able to get someone out within a few hours and the work was completed on time and at the price quoted. All staff was professional, friendly and on time. We will definitely use Ricotta for any HVAC needs in the future.

I called in on a Sunday morning expecting to get an answering machine to get an immediate answer followed by a service tech showing up to the house within 45 minutes and our furnace was back up and running within an hour.
