The Rhodes Heating and Cooling team is top notch when it comes to all your heat and air needs! I’ve had the guys do work for me on NUMEROUS occasions and get nothing but the best and fastest service possible! No matter what the problem is or when it is they have always had me back up and running in no time! Would highly recommend Rhodes Heating and Cooling!

I know that I can count on Rhodes Heating and Cooling in a pinch or for routine maintenance. They are always professional and timely. In 2016 I replaced my heating and cooling system for my home and they moved my current unit to our rental property. So both homes got better cooling and heating units. Hats off to you!

I regret that I have but five stars to give for this review. Had a furnace installed this summer. It was an older house renovation so there were some "challenges" involved. Lester was a pleasure to work with over the few months it took to get everything straightened out. He was attentive and knew his stuff even when the propane company insisted the problem was on our end.... We proved otherwise.

Rhodes was honest, fast and reliable! Our air went out in July. They came at 8:30 am on a Sat to get it fixed. So thankful for them!!

Called Rhodes Heating and Cooling on Tuesday May 29th in the AM, asked about having a serviceman come out to bid a job at our house, which is clearly within their "circle" of coverage that they have on their website. I gave the serviceman, Lester, who answered the phone our address and asked if they came to this area. He said yes, scheduled the appointment for Thursday May 31st at noon. My husband was home from work, waiting for the serviceman. A serviceman calls at 11.49 AM to say our house is an hour away and they cannot come that far! (Truth our house is 25 mins away from Harrisonville over the Kansas line and we drive to Harrisonville all the time!) Had this been said with my first question of their service area we would not have made arrangements. Do they not google these addresses to know what the day will look like for their serviceman?? Poor customer service to leave us hanging 11 mins before a scheduled appointment! Does not deserve the one star but will not let you post a review without a "star" rating.

Very professional. Great team work. Kept me informed as they worked. Stayed safe as they worked. Will not hesitate to call them again.

Usually, I love what their sign outside has to say. It's a new thing every day, and often very funny. But today, as I drove by, I noticed it said "We miss you, Roseanne Connor." I will never support a business who supports a racist like her, I suggest others do the same. The business is not involved in politics, and it should stay that way. Disgusting. I have no empathy for those who support racists.

We have used this company a few times. They are really good at what they do. Went to turn on the furnace this morning and nothing. So left a message and they will get back to you. Great service

This company should no even get one star, due to a driver in a white truck with ending license plates of "176" coming up on people "SPEEDING" flashes the BRIGHT LIGHTS. This is ROAD RAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not use this company if it was the last place to call for service! Way to represent the company!

Ray was very efficient and knowledgeable and broke down the info for us to understand better. He helped us find the best system within our budget. I definitely recommend!
