Rhodes Heating Cooling Plumbing and Rooter

We have had Rhodes service our unit a couple of times in the past several years. Cory has been the one who has worked on it in the past and most recently yesterday. He is very good! Very nice, very personal and very good at his job. This company is very fair and HONEST. They don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. Their pricing for jobs is more than reasonable in my opinion. I would highly recommend them!!

My folks are 82 & 85. They tried to turn their furnace on and could not get any heat. I called Rhodes and they came the same day. I was very satisfied with their responsiveness. Ray was informative and helpful. They ended up replacing both the furnace & the air conditioning unit. I was VERY happy with the price. They have been more than helpful in this endeavor. Thank you Rhodes!!

First time using Rhodes and will not be my last. Anything I need in the future I know who to call. Cory and Ben were excellent. I was apprehensive when my heat pump went out and had ice built up on my coils and at my unit outside. They assured me the goal was to fix before replace. Sure enough, they found a loose connection at the heat pump that had leaked refrigerant over time until it was too low to operate. Tightened it up, recharged my system, checked my vents, and now I am cool and comfortable again! I even called later in the day with a question and before I could finish my message Cory called me back. Very pleased with my experience today. Thanks!

AC wasn't keeping the house cool so called All Hours, the came out and were here 5 minutes, said the compressor is bad and it's gonna be a total replace, $3,700. Called Rhodes Heating and Cooling for a second opinion, so glad I did. They came out, and within 5 minutes said "all it is is that your unit is overcharged on freon. He bled the system back down to where it should be, immediately started blowing cold air. Fixed, no charge!! Moral of the story, All Hours tried to scam us into buying a $3,700 unit from them!! Call Rhodes instead! Great company!! Cory was very knowledgable, professional and helpful! Will recommend to others!

The folks at Rhodes provided exemplary service! I called on a Monday and had a brand new heating system installed the next morning. The installation guys were professional and courteous; explained what they did and what I had to do to keep my system in tip-top shape. Thanks!

He was very nice did his job in good time, was professional, was here when he said he would be that's always sweet!! will be calling back if I ever need anything definitely appreciated his hard work . I believe his name was Adam if I remember correctly unclogged my drains and I found out I have a septic tank that needs to be cleaned that I had NO IDEA about ! so now got that to get looked at. lol

My a/c quit working properly so I cleaned the a coils in the furnace and cleaned the coils on the outside heat pump. I cut power to the ac compressor to reset it and it wouldn't turn on. This was the evening before. I tried once again to reset the compressor and still nothing. They came out later that day and the compressor was working. They ran a diagnostic test on it and couldn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me a dime. I will definitely call them if I ever have any problems in the future. I've never had a company not charge for a service call. I would be willing to bet if I did need an actual repair that it would be a fair honest price.

Lester Rhodes with Rhodes Heating & Cooling is AMAZING!!! My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called out the company who installed it. I spent almost $2000, and it STILL DIDN'T WORK. I then called another company out. They said I needed a larger ton air conditioner to cool the house. I paid for their service call, and STILL had a broken air conditioner.

Finally, I called Rhodes. They were at my house within 2 hours on a blazing hot summer day. Lester Rhodes came out with a couple technicians and FIXED MY A/C IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. He was able to diagnose the problem when 2 OTHER COMPANIES COULDN'T HELP ME.

I am soooo thankful to Lester and the rest of the Rhodes crew. I will only use Rhodes from now on. I 100% RECOMMEND RHODES FOR YOUR HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS IF YOU'RE IN THEIR SERVICE AREA!!!!!

Sent a e-mail late last night and got a response first thing in the morning. They came out right out after they called. They came and diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed the problem and the charge was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again for my ac needs. Excellent work!

We had a clogging issue of the main line...clothes washer and toilet backup, which I plunged the heck out of, to no avail. It was Christmas Eve afternoon, so getting someone was going to be tough. Rhodes runs 24/7 with on-call for the holidays for people like me. They came out and cleared roots growing into the main line. THANK YOU for an early Merry Christmas giving us the ability to take care of our business in the privacy of our home!
