I called the office, in a panic, because we have been without air for over a week!! I have small children. Mr. Jeff came out to our house and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He did not talk “over my head”, as he spoke in terms that I could understand. My husband wasn’t home, so he even reexplained everything to him by phone. Mr. Jeff went above and beyond and that’s says a lot about this company. This will be the only company that we will use going forward! You cannot go wrong with choosing them. Beyond 5 star service. Thank you!!

Chris checked the hvac, was very professional, and actually listened/ asked about the issue rather than rush to tell me a I needed a new unit. He noticed there was a airflow obstructing the unit - the other folks with over 20 years did not notice this. In addition, they did not take the time to understand what was going on - they were in a rush to replace the unit. I can not recommend Chris highly enough. I will continue to work with him and he has earned my business when I need to replace the unit.

C&K has been honest, price-sensitive, well-trained, neat, and thorough. They installed Trane Heat/Cool systems to replace aging equipment, upon our relocation to a home in the Memphis area. Their references were impeccable. Their BBB was A+. Recently, they installed a new Trane Heat/Cool system, with ductwork, for temp control in a garage and bonus room. Had a mysterious breakdown on an old A/C unit and was worried it would have to be replaced because of age. Jeff, who is a great detective, figured out it was the capacitor and some faulty wiring that could have been dangerous. He explained everything in a way someone as dense as I am about mechanics could understand, did a thorough job of repairing the old unit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the very fair bill. C&K is great!

We use C&K for all our heating and air needs (my business and home). Having 6 AC/Heat units for my business, we need to ensure that we are functioning at full capacity at all times. I would like to commend C&K air and heating for an excellent job. I have dealt with this company for the past 19 years and my air condition went out unexpectally. The technician came and found that my unit needed replacing. The company provided a temporary window unit to keep me cool until another one could be installed. The technicans (Oscar and Jerry) did an excellent job in the installation of a new unit. I am very pleased with the work done by this company. I am very grateful for air and the excellent job of this company.

From my initial call requesting an assessment of my current HVAC system, to the proposal/estimates through installation, their response was professional and timely. The C&K team answered my questions, made recommendations appropriate to my circumstances, installed the HVAC system with great care and consciousness of my home as to be neat and orderly in all aspects of installation. We are very pleased with the new AC unit they just installed for us and how they also fixed some general HVAC issues that are a result of how the house was built.
