We have used C & K since moving to this area in 2011. They have installed a new unit for us and do our routine maintenance. I think there is value in using the same company each year and I am so happy to find a one that I can depend on. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. I always ask for Jeff and I trust his recommendations completely.

We have over 50 commercial locations in Memphis and N. MS and C&K has performed the preventative maintenance on all the units for almost 3 years. If repairs or replacements are needed, they do them. They are dependable, efficient, honest and always professional. One quick call to Melissa in their office assures a crew will be onsite expeditiously to effectively resolve whatever problem has arisen. I highly recommend C&K for all heating and air repairs/replacements and look forward to many more years of working with them!

I called C & K for a second opinion about my heat system after being told by a another company that my unit was not originally installed properly and had several several issues. My heat would not come on. They advised replacement at almost 10K rather than repair. Their repair estimate was a $1,000 to $1,200. This 10K included replacing the a/c. We were not having issues with it. Our unit is 13 years old.
Chris came out and said that there was a short in the wire of the motor and the motor was all that needed replacing. The other issue was that the vent pipe had been moved when we had a new roof installed a few years ago. It was not improperly installed as the first company had said.
All of this to say, Chris said it was safe to just repair it. He did not try to scare me into replacement like the first company. The cost to repair was half what the other company quoted for repair. I highly recommend C&K!!

I have used C&K service a couple of times now. The first time, they replaced my bad compressor unit with a Trane about two years ago and just recently to repair my other older unit. The Trane unit has been working flawlessly so far. I have been very pleased with their service. Service tech, Jeff who repaired my older unit, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. I would highly recommend using C&K for your HVAC service.

We have used C & K twice now and have been pleased by their prompt attention and professionalism. Both times the issue was diagnosed and addressed within a matter of minutes and the technician (Jeff on this last occasion) then took the time to check over the entire system to ensure it was in good running order. All that and the price was right too. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used C & K Air and Heating for personal and business for over 10 years. When your air goes out you need someone fast and Chris always shows up immediately. We recently replaced 2 older units at our office with 2 new Trane’s and are very pleased with the quality and professionalism.

I just purchased a hone they had installed the HVAC in. When I had a problem over the later part of the weekend (the condensate pump went out), they got me scheduled for first thing Monday morning since they are closed Sunday. They told me it would be around 8:30. At about 8:15 I got a call that they were on the way. They were at my house by the promised time. They immediately diagnosed the problem and had the system repaired by 10:15 and they even had to leave and go get the part. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future maintenance. They were easy to talk to, easy to work with, on time and efficient. Thankfully my part was covered under warranty so I had charge for the days service. Wonderful experience with these guys!

If you're looking for prompt, courteous, experienced service that's fairly priced, you can stop your search. We had a furnace replaced and could not be more pleased with the entire process. Probably the most notable quality was their integrity (thank you Jeff!). No question, we would definitely use C&K again.

I had C&K replace a HVAC system and also add a new system for a bonus room over the garage. Chris and his staff took the time to answer my questions and give me all the options available to solve my problems. C&K came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Competitive pricing, especially for Trane systems, and quality work...no need to call anyone else. C&K is the best and I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.

These people are great! They came out and thoroughly checked at our house HVAC system after we moved in and had a problem. They tried to resolve it without replacing the unit, but in the end, still had to do that.

We took bids on the service work and they were competitive with the other companies. However, we found them to be the most professional, informative, and responsive.

We just had them out for the semi annual maintenance/cleaning. Again they were professional, timely, efficient , and explained everything they were doing. No unnecessary add-ons or sale pushes.

The best thing I can say about them is: they say what they do and they do what they say. You can count on Chris and his team for all your HVAC needs.
