Springfield Heating and Air, LLC

Landon replaced a pressure device on my large heating unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, capable and courteous. I have already recommended Springfield Air and Heating to Realtors in this area.

I have used this company twice now. First was fixing no AC this past summer, and again fixing no heat this past week. Both times the tech showed up quickly and got everything running. No BS sales pressure, good prices, quick turnaround. Will definitely continue using them.

I was home alone with my toddler when my A/C went out in the heat of August in MS. I called them stressed and worried and they sent someone over within the hour. I will forever be grateful to them for helping this mama out.

Incredibly responsive and communicative. They were quick and very good about communicating what was wrong as well as helping us fix it. Definitely will be using them for all of our repairs!

They were on-site at my house within 3 hours on a Saturday morning and had my AC fixed in 10 minutes. Great service and response time.

My AC was not working and the temperature inside my house was increasing quickly and on a Friday afternoon so I called around to get a quote and someone to look at it. The receptionist was great and they came out within a couple of hours. The tech looked around and told my wife we had to replace an evaporator coil now and we could do that for a few grand or replace our compressor for several thousand dollars to get the better warranty. There was a lot of pressure to buy put on my wife and she called me to get my opinion.I said we will wait. The tech left and our house was miserable. Luckily I had another company come out the next day. Springfield never reconnected my cooling! So my 92 degree house was BC they never reconnected it. 2 kids under 5 huddled around the new window unit I had to scramble to find. The next company said I had a small leak and there was no need to do anything immediately. We had cool air before the new company left. The high pressure to spend money immediately combined with the failure to reconnect my AC leaves me wondering if it was truly forgotten or a sales tactic.
