This company responded to my call promptly and showed up to my house within an hour later in the day. Not only were they able to install a complete HVAC system the next morning they were also the most economical business out of three—by a lot. This company isn’t the big name brand in central MS but you would throw away your money if you used any other company.
The installation techs were courteous, professional, and were done by early afternoon. I will recommend them to anyone that asks for my input on HVAC companies in the area.

I called on Thursday night. They came out first thing Friday morning. Checked it out and told me what was wrong. Said I needed a new system and would install it Monday. They even offered me a portable ac unit to use for the bedroom until Monday. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Everyone I spoke with was very professional and polite. Landon did a fantastic job getting our air conditioner up and running again in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Upstairs AC went out Friday evening around 6pm. I messaged them on FB, not expecting a reply until Monday. They immediately messaged me back and a tech (Spencer) showed up Saturday. He was very friendly and professional. He had the issue fixed within 45 minutes. We are very satisfied!

Professional & courteous! They did not send a bill for just resetting my heating system. They were patient to reset the electric board on our heater, and then come back to trouble shoot. They didn’t just replace parts to capture money. Thanks Springfield for getting to us in one day to keep the house warm!

Had a wonderful first experience with Springfield Heating and Air (and used them based on other great reviews!). Monica and Ryan were both super nice and easy to schedule and work with. Ryan went above and beyond when our power unexpectedly went out just after he had arrived and I appreciated his knowledge and ability to explain technical issues. Turns out we need a new unit and I will definitely be using them for this major job!

Landon showed up and was very professional. He diagnosed my problem very quickly. 100% will use again.

Added Freon and was reasonably priced and came same day.
