We have used Springfield for the past several years and we are beyond pleased with every service they’ve performed. They are professional, prompt and reasonably priced. This is a great local company and we will definitely continue to use them.

It is a pleasure to do business with this company because when they tell you they are coming they come and they make sure you know it is their service man. I have always had a service man that is courteous and he stays in touch to let you know he is on his way. The office staff is courteous and are also on the ball to get you taken care of when you need help with your heating or cooling units.

AC stopped putting out cold air during hottest day of year and technician came within 1-2 hours of service call. I canceled the other company that couldn’t help until late that evening or next day. With an infant, I needed fastest response and that was Springfield. Technician replaced a part and cleaned condenser within 10 minutes and air was back cold.

Springfield is the only AC repair/installation company I would ever consider using if given a choice. They are professional, highly skilled and extremely reasonable in terms of cost of service. Don’t waste time and money with another company!

Springfield does a great job! Called me back by 8:15 AM and the air was fixed by 3PM . We have used them for years and they constantly do a great job and quick.
