My air conditioner stopped cooling at my rental property. I placed a call early that morning and was told that a tech would call before coming to service the unit. I was away from my desk and missed the call. I began to panic the closer it got to 5:00. I informed my tenant that I was sure they would be there the next day. She called at 5:30 to say they had arrived! In less than 10 minutes the problem had been solved!

For most companies 5:00 is quitting time, but not Springfield Heating and Air! They make sure their customers are well taken care of.

My Rheem system has been an intermittent nightmare. 4 different HVAC companies tried to fix it. Springfield got it done with great service and high value. A bonus was the upgrade to Trane. Mississippi is hot. HVAC matters.

Springfield performed maintenance of my HVAC unit. They were on time, reasonably priced and friendly. They explained what needed to be done to my unit prior to beginning the work and had it back running in no time.
