I reached out to Springfield to replace the commercial system in my building and they were super responsive and attentive. Their pricing was competitive and transparent and they went the extra mile to work flawlessly with my roof replacement and electrical team to ensure the timely installation of the system. Additionally, I cannot say enough about Monica at the front desk. She always answers the phone, answers questions quickly, follows up consistently, and knows everything that is going on. Between her, the companies leadership, and the team of workers, I would not hesitate to emphatically recommend them for any HVAC project.
initially I had called this company for a service and scheduled out a week or so. A few days later when I was out of town visiting family my blower motor went and I had no heat. I called and explain the situation and asked if I could get someone come out sooner. I was able to have someone out that morning. The tech arrived and fairly quickly found the cause of issue. He informed me he didn’t have the part and asked if anyone could be around for it to get replaced the next day when the part came in. Both techs, Landon and Spencer were very professional. Monica was great to deal with over the phone. The service was great and the repairs was fairly priced.

Springfield installed a new 3 ton Trane HVAC unit at our home - they were efficient and the best price we could find in town. The installation crew was very professional and did an excellent job on the install. Highly recommend and we are satisfied customers. Thanks.
A leak was discovered in the upstairs ceiling of our new home. Springfield tech Landon came out and assumed that the line was clogged so blew it out and left. We had the ceiling repaired and carpet replaced. It happened again two weeks later, ruining the ceiling, carpet, and shorting out the electricity to all the lights. The same tech came out again and said he just assumed the line was clogged but it was actually something with the pipes. He said he would have to come back the next day. I spoke with Monica and he was scheduled to return in the afternoon, but Monica called later and said that no one would be coming. This was an emergency situation that resulted because the tech botched the job the first time. Springfield does not stand behind their work.
Lightning struck our home late on Saturday night. I called Springfield the next morning, and they had a technician out within an hour. Unfortunately, the part that my a/c needed was not available until the parts warehouse opened on Monday, but the technician explained everything to me thoroughly. As promised, they had me back up and running on Monday and reasonably priced. Immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and followed through on promises made. Highly recommend.
