Springfield Heating & Air installed an HVAC system for me. Each staff person I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable & prompt in answering their phone and giving me information I needed. The installers came at the appointed time and were efficient and courteous. Monica impressed me greatly by going out of her way to make sure I received each document and answer immediately. Springfield is a joy to do business with!

Morgan and team have done several jobs for us and so far all have been successful! They have installed new mini split systems and have done repairs on existing HVAC's. Morgan took the time to come out and actually come up with an appropriate plan for the demands of the size of the units vs size of the apartments. Their prices have been fair and the service has been solid. Staff has cleaned up the job site and have been polite to our tenants. Monica in the office is GREAT! They also have online payment option which really helps me as I am an out of state owner. We continue to use them as a good HVAC company is hard to find.

We lost our heat and called these guys. They were there within 2 hours. They replaced a broken part (which they had on the truck) and answered the usual “dad questions” within 30 minutes. These guys are great and their dispatcher was the best.

Was having an electrical problem with a smart thermostat installation. I wasn’t sure exactly where the problem was so I called in some help. Technician was here within 24 hours and had the skills to diagnose and correct a wiring issue within an hour. Would use this service again.

My service technician was very helpful and knowledgeable of the issue with my thermostat. He fixed the issue quickly and gave a tutorial on how to navigate the different thermostat setting. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

They were fast and professional. I contacted the team and Monica set me up with an appointment asap. The rep was here bright and early and I ran into an issue where the gas company needed to be back on-sight and could not come back in time. They said no problem and would be back whenever the company came back out. They followed up the same day and got everything taken care of.
