Earlier this year there was a gas leakage on the property. UpChurch Services handled the problem. Residents started calling Monday about a gas smell in the same building. I called Upchurch Services to have a representative come out an assess the situation. Mr. Randy came out to assess the situation. There was not an odor when he came out. He took the time to visit each unit to make sure there wasn't any signs of a gas leak. He concluded that the issue was probably an open drainpipe out back. Thanks Randy.
Jeremy was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He came out to evaluate on a Saturday and replaced our kitchen faucet along with the garbage disposal on a Sunday!
I called them yesterday and one of their representatives called me back and said that they would be here tomorrow morning around 9:30 am. I called him at 9:30am today and he said that he got caught up at the shop there in Horn Lake and is on the way. According to Google Maps, Horn lake is only 37 minutes away. I tried calling him back at 11:30 in which there was no answer. It’s now 3:30 pm (6 hours later)....guess him being from Mississippi, he must not know his way around in Memphis. Looks like I’ll just have to find someone that’s a little more familiar with this new thing or gadget called a “CELL PHONE” with google maps that’s a little more dependable to either call back or at least ABLE to drive the 37 minutes to find their way here.....
Hot water went out Friday afternoon. Upchurch Services sent Tim out right after I called. Tim was prompt, courteous, & professional. In short, Tim did an excellent job replacing the hot water heater.
They are terrible. Not only do they overcharge and they to rip you off, but they continue to charge your debit card months after you cancel your services with them. I have to go and get a new debit card, just because they will not stop charging my card. They charged me 3 times AFTER I canceled service with them.
The were fast to respond to our emergency and very professional ! Chris and Andrew were very good at what they do and demonstrated attention to detail! I will use them in the future!
Brandon was awesome, friendly and very knowledgable of what needed to be done. I'll differently use Upchurch again if ever needed. Thanks to Brandon and the whole crew.
