When I called the office, I was treated with immediate attention. When Jeremy arrived at my house, he called me to inform me of the problem and offered a solution. He was very polite and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend Upchurch Plumbing. I will use them again when needed.

Joe and Justin installed a new AC and furnace at my house. It all needed updating (was NOT an upsell). Upchurch Services was able to get me a super affordable plan through GreenSky, and everyone I talked to throughout the process was very nice. The technicians (Joe and Justin) who had to spend the whole day at my house were professional, respectful, and friendly. This company is great!

After they missed the first appointment, I called back and finally someone arrived a day later. They Came out for a quote, over charge me for a quote only. They wasn't able to fix the problem. They had no tools and asked me for my own tools in and attempt to fix the problem. End of the day, my issue isnt resolved, I have $150 gone and I'm pissesed

I needed plumbing help on a Saturday. Called Upchurch and they were helpful, Ricky Banks showed up when he said he would. Turned out to be a very quick fix. Still I thought hundreds of dollars for a Saturday service call. NOPE!! Very inexpensive if you ask me. Done right. Thanks Upchurch!!!! you are now my "go to" for my plumbing needs.............

The guys who came were really professional and very nice. They were also very careful as to not damage our new washer when snaking the drain. Will definitely use Upchurch again.

We loved working this Jeremy and Phillip. These guys make a wonderful team and they get the job done right. They tell you their honest opinion and will even visit the property twice in one day if needed lol. You will not be disappointed, im sure they have alot of good crews but NOTHING like the team we had. I will forever suggest Upchurch services and Jeremy and Phillip as their techs!!!!!!!!!!

I used Upchurch Services to repair my undermounted kitchen sink that had separated from the granite countertop and to replace the garbage disposal that was broken. We were very pleased with the results. The staff was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. I felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them.

It a scam they charge you $70 only to come out and double charge you for the service. Home Depot will do the install for 135. They quoted me 435.and the 70 doesn't go toward your total.

Very unprofessional and tried to charge me over 1500 dollars just on labor and the part was covered under warranty. I call 3 other companies and all 3 said that it would be around 450 to 500 for labor. I have the bids to prove it and will be happy to share. This company is a rip off and I will never use or recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed in them. How can you say it is over 1500 dollars for labor only (1518.33is what they bid) when 3 other companies say labor is less than 500 dollars. I would love to hear how they came up with the extra 1000.

Donald is professional and helpful with all the work i needed done. From the the HVAC work to the flooring. My dad was in town from Jersey and couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and trustworthiness ! I recommend UpChurch highly! Thanks! Cant wait till its done and i can move in.
