Rick showed up within an hour of me calling the office. He explained the damage and what it would take to fix the problem. After the repair he waited on me to come home to verify it was fixed. I even received a call from him the next day making sure my water heater was working properly.

Jeremy was extremely professional. He met me in my driveway with a smile and upon entering my home he put on slippers and gloves. He quickly found the problem and went to work. He fixed my problem in no time. He also made recommendations of other issues and offered to give me a quote with no pressure at all. Toilets and other drains were running very slow, sometimes taking quite a while to go down. Tech came out and inspected the pipes from the house to the street. Had to go back to Upchurch to get a jet machine to find the problem. Found many roots that went through pipes where they were cracked. He removed all the roots and explained what would have to be done to completely repair the pipes. With the roots removed, there has been no problem with draining. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
