We are very happy with our new furnace. The service was excellent the guys worked 5 hours straight through and there was no mess at all. They were efficient, kept us in the loop during the entire process and cleaned up very well when done. Their prices are competitive & fair. We're planning on using them for a home AC later this year.

Our basement furnace had stopped working and our upstairs furnace had lived a long life. They inspected our furnaces and on his expert advice we decided to replace both of them. Ken and Robert installed two new furnaces and a humidifier. They did an excellent job! They are efficient workers! I would be glad to work with them again.

Ken was the tech sent to our home did an excellent job, he delivered what he promised, that I would have my air conditioner working today and indeed it is working. He even called to let me know when he would arrive so that I dint have to wait the whole day. Our air condition unit went out in a hot day. It was after hours when I called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning and left a message for them to call me. The next morning we got a call from the office.They went out of their way and worked around my wife's timetable to have a specialist at our residence. He checked the unit and gave us a couple of alternatives for repair. He was competent and did a meticulous job. The best!!

Their communication is clear, and there is no up-sell. Customer service is the best I've experienced in a LONG time. Ken stayed in contact with me via text throughout the day as he finished up a previous job and was on the way to my house. I have found my AC company!
