Well here we are again. 2 years later its time for a new air conditioner and furnace. I kept Jay's business card. Gave him a call and he remembered me. They show up on time, they call back promptly if you leave a message. They are attentive. So very very pleased with the customer service. Jay and Bob and the crew are the BEST.

Action Heating & Air Conditioning is amazing!! I called a different company and left a message and never received a call back. I called Action Heating and Air Conditioning at 8:45 am on a Friday before the warmest stretch of the summer so far. A nice lady answered, forgive me I dont recall her name. She said she would have Jay call me. 9:18 am i received a call back from Jay. He could be to my home by 10:00. He was there at 10:00. My air was was cooling my home by 10:20 am. It was an easy thermastat fix but Jay took the time to check a few other items. I was back to work in an hour. So impressed! You dont see this level of customer service anymore these days. Thank You for restoring some hope to the service industry. Your company should be the model for all others. Very Happy and Cool customer!!!

Bob and Jay did a great job, from the initial contact, through estimating, and then to the install and subsequent support. Great team, great communication, and they did what they said they’d do - whole replacement was done in about 3 hours. Outstanding!

Jan 6, 2021 - I can’t express enough how wonderful Jay (owner), Bob and the rest of the team at Action Heating is in servicing all of my HVAC needs. This is the 3rd or maybe 4th time I’ve personally worked with them, and my extended family (including parents) have worked with them on multiple occasions as well. These guys are not only efficient but very honest . They made my wife feel comfortable and was very informative with all the tips they gave us. Not only that but I called at 8 and they were able to stop out within two hours which was more than any company I had called before was able to do. I appreciate then and will be using them in the future and you should too!

Jay Hovland not only did a great job repairing my furnace, but went above and beyond and noticed and fixed two venting issues that were caused when my house was re-sided and re-shingled recently. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!
