I'm a homeowner of a rental property that needed an AC repaired and replaced. My property management company quoted 2 other companies that had high quotes with no explanation of what was wrong with my AC. A quick call to Bob at Action Heating and he spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone talking with me about the options to replace and repair. He quickly gave me his availability to go out and take a look at the unit. At the appointed time, he showed up on time to meet with the tenants and went over the unit quickly and promptly called me with options to repair and or replace. I ended up replacing the unit and Bob had the work done within a few days. He constantly communicated to me the progress and even when they had to go back due to a part that was not working. He even helped fill out the Xcel rebate form for me to send in.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Bob and this company. Honestly, as a homeowner in another state I could not have asked for anything better - great communication, prompt and timely follow-through, competitive prices, and a job well done. Highly recommend.

Our Carrier furnace and air conditioner were both installed 5 years ago by Action H&AC and both have worked just exactly as described, cut our electricity and gas bills quite a bit, house temp is much more stable throughout house. These guys are the real deal and give you the best customer service you can expect. Bob and his crew were friendly, fast, and thorough. They showed up at the exact time Bob said they would and installed the furnace and AC in a tad over 2 hours. The whole process could not have gone any better! I highly recommend them!!

The crew led by Lance arrived on time and right from the beginning provided a level of customer service that was, in my experience, the best customer service I have encountered for any work completed on my house.

They were very detailed and thorough explaining ever step in the process and gave me some good tips to save on the wear and tear of my AC unit.

I would highly recommend this company. They had prices lower than Costco. They use Carrier brand which I researched and found to be top of the line. They were honest about timelines (due to Covid). They had a procedure for installing that was highly efficient, careful, clean, friendly. They were done in about three hours (including installing and helping me set up my new thermostat). The paperwork is smooth and they handle most of the filling out for rebates. This is a top notch outfit!

The owner Bob is incredibly conscientious and skilled. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and he is and his team were incredibly thoughtful about the installation and how to make it just perfect. They are family friendly, and just great around all my little kids. Absolutely love these guys, have used them for two different systems in two different houses now.

The entire crew was professional, courteous, and timely, and they communicated clearly with us. Our visit about an estimate allowed us to ask questions and hear suggestions that felt like our best interests were also theirs in recommendations and practices. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t say better things of action heating and a/c. They outbid a bigger company in the area by almost $1,000 on the same air conditioning unit. The installation team was friendly, punctual, and respectful of our home. It’s the kind of company you feel great about trusting. Highly recommend!

Bob and Jay from "Action Heating & Air" are good guys who demonstrate a passion for their chosen profession. They installed a Carrier furnace/central AC system for us at a competitive cost. They stand behind their work and emphasize customer satisfaction. We set up a mutually agreeable installation date, and, on that date, Bob, Jay, and a couple of additional helpers began work at 7 AM (their normal start time, I believe) and had the complete installation finished by 10 AM, including disposal of all old equipment and material. (The large pieces of metalwork had already been accurately pre-made in their shop, which was a major factor in expediting the installation process.) They treated our house with respect and they left behind no messes. The quality of their metalwork and the general level of their workmanship was excellent. I had initially considered going with a large HVAC contractor, but decided instead that I'd rather go with a smaller operation for superior personal attention, and it's worked out well.
