AVS Heating and Cooling

The worst experience. It was nearly 100 out and our air was out. I bought the warranty up front for 149 to avoid future service calls. It is an absolute scam. I never could talk to a person at the shop. All calls went to a answering service. Two times they didn’t show up and now out the $150 and starting over and 8 days later and still sweating. So mad

Horrible experience. Gentleman came to my home completely unprepared and asked us for a wire hanger he was digging through our wall with that caused damage to my wire for my thermostat. He wanted to drill holes in my floor and wall but not patch them up... He tried charge $2k and lost CC information. 100% horrible experience and I am so happy to not have this guy in my home any further.

Fred is very knowledgeable. He knows the technical details and gives the HVAC options that are well suited to his customer’s needs. He does not oversell. He is honest, experienced and friendly.

I'm not one to leave a poor review, but think it's important to warn potential customers of this company- I would strongly avoid using AVS Heating & Cooling. Their policies are highly unethical and overall professionalism is lacking.

Richard was extremely competent, considerate and provided the best alternatives for me to get my upstairs AC unit finished. I would strongly recommend this company because you can tell he is a very well accomplished specialist and cares about the clients needs!!

I received prompt service from Ken. He explained clearly what the problem was and had a/c fixed and back up and running in no time. Highly recommend AVS Heating and Cooling. Top notch!

What an amazing team! Am so much grateful for their work. We were without heat in a cold spell and they came out that day and were able to get the heat back on at a reasonable price. Their professionalism, care and competency showed through in their work. Thanks guys!

Super professional and friendly service. Called them the same day about an a/c repair and they sent their technician within 2 hours. Very easy to get a hold of them and they were all friendly and thorough through the entire process. Will definitely use them again in the future.
