AVS Heating and Cooling

Returned home from a trip overseas to an AC that had quit while we were away. Daniel was sent to my house and he arrived within the estimated time frame and quickly diagnosed the issue with the exterior unit. I will be requesting him from AVS Heating and Cooling from now on and am very pleased with my experience with the technician and the company!

AVS Heating and Cooling went above and beyond for our family. Our AC unit quit on us during the beginning of the hottest spell in Robbinsdale’s history and they came out on a 100+ degree day on the weekend and installed a new AC unit. Could not be friendlier people and they gave us a super competitive quote to boot. Thank you AVS Heating and Cooling!

AVS Heating and Cooling technician was on time and did a remarkable job. He serviced and tested for efficiency our heat pump which is in the basement. He also worked on a split unit in the garage. We have used their services for many years and we have always had great experiences working with them.Am a happy customer.

It was a Sunday and they were able to get out the same day. When the installer got to my house, it only took him 15 min to diagnose the problem and fix it. We are so happy with the professional service.

The crew of Sean, Greg and Peter was prompt, hard-working and efficient. In addition to installing a new furnace, they replaced all the ducts in the attic and crawl space. They were very pleasant and made the process as unobtrusive as possible. Everything works great. Greg analyzed my needs at our first meeting and we signed the contract that morning. He also returned after the job was done to inspect the work and solve any issues I might have. Very happy.

AVS didn't show up for our appointment. We scheduled an appointment over the phone and received an confirmation email. The tech was supposed to call to verify we were home and then arrive between 9-12, but the tech didn't call or show up during the window. We called AVS to get an update, they told us the tech would call us right away, we waited a couple of hours and didn't hear back from AVS or the tech. The tech never called. Since the tech never contacted us, we had to cancel and use another company.

Very professional crew. Daniel from AVS Heating and Cooling is the best. He insured I was happy with the work from start to finish. Very happy with the end result. I won't hesitate to recommend him and AVS Heating and Cooling to friends or family and will work with them even in the future.

Daniel was very scrupulous with the inspection that we delayed for 12months. Replaced the igniter, cleaned everything up and checked for every potential problem, including carbon monoxide. Valid prices, expeditious service, and exceptional attention to detail. Surely I will endorse AVS Heating and Cooling as they value their name and care about the quality of service!!!

Erick showed up on time with his assistant and both were very professional and courteous throughout the workday. Jere kept me informed of what was going to happen, how long it would take and measures to accomplish the work. Work and cleanup were done on time resulting in an installed AC unit. Thanks for the quick response and courteous approach. It's was a nice experience to have professionals on the job.

They arrived as scheduled and installed an air scrubber onto our current Hvac system. The technician that arrived to our home was very neat and efficient. Our experience with this company has been memorable. I highly recommend.
