Your van 23 was driving very unsafe… 10+ over highway speed limit, riding every person that didn’t get out of their way, shifted lanes super aggressively. Very unsafe for a large vehicle… won’t be hiring this company

On January 4th, 2023 at 8:45am, your plumber working at our Building in Brooklyn Park cleaned out his van and illegally dumped his trash in our dumpster. This is very unprofessional. Please advise your staff to properly and legally handle their garbage.

I work for a Real Estate Management company and we use Jayhawk more than we'd like to, due to age of some of the properties but rest assured Jayhawk has completed everything we've asked of them and they're on time professionals that prove their worth on every job! Haven't had not one bad experience yet with Jayhawk and I've used them for just about everything they service! Thanks Jayhawk for completing our jobs like it's your home, you're working on! J. Jones
Hello Partner
I coordinate vendor services a lot with a lot of vendors I’d say Jayhawk is up there. I think Kyle is the MVP, always helpful and will walk you though diagnostics for small things and spare you a service charge. Often a tech can’t explain or understand things about the issue and it’s a big headache to get accurate service. Kyle always slows down and makes sure, helps with terminology, gets down to the bottom of what’s going on, and doesn’t just throw his hands in the air like it’s impossible to get device details. He is able to communicate about everting very well. Shout out to Kyle: I work with a lot of service providers and I don’t think any of them do as good of a job at understand they problem, the options for solutions, kicking around numbers and getting the job scheduled without rechanneling those details.
If every service provider was like Kyle I’d save tens of thousands of dollars each year from folks who will not listen to primary diagnostics, charging to fix what we already relayed was not the issue, and he won’t push back like you must be not know how to change an air filter.
Thanks Kyle. You’re awesome.

I was in desperate need of a new hot water heater. Jayhawk came through in a pinch. They installed my new hot water heater and were true professionals. They also installed a humidifier for the property that keeps it comfortable and automatically adjusts based on the exterior temp so that the property doesn't have too much or too little humidity. They cleaned up the utility room when they were done and it looked nicer than when they arrived. Great job Jayhawk team!

Had my water heater replaced a few months ago. The price was the best amongst the competition and the workers were very polite! laid down mats so they wouldn't dirty the carpet, left our laundry room cleaner then when they arrived! left my wife and i with a plethora of information about how to adjust and maximize our energy savings. overall a great experience and i would recommend them to anyone!

This place is fantastic! I had them install and service some of my boilers and ac’s and they do an excellent job. I’m calling Jayhawk everytime I need any mechanical work done. That service tech Jake is the best. Such a funny guy that spins a negitive situation into an experience of a lifetime. Literally a life inspiration. Would recommend to anyone!

They just earned my loyalty going forward. We started off with a disagreement over a bill (both sides had valid points) but I was able to work it out and get it resolved. The disagreement was handled in a professional manor. I will he using them exclusively.

One of their drivers was driving like a drunk person at 730am on I-94 West. Swerving all over the road, going 30 in a 60. Couldn't maintain his lane of travel. I called their dispatch and before I even told her what was going on, she simply said that she would talk to the driver. I asked if she wanted to know what was wrong with his driving. She didn't seem interested. I told her anyway. As soon as I hung up, the driver then hit a car in the lane to his right. That car had to stop in the shoulder, the truck driver just kept on going. He seemed to be nodding off as I pulled up next to him. I'd sure never hire a company that employs drunk-drivers.
