Great company. I inadvertently shut the gas off on my hot water heater. They sent someone out the next day to relight the pilot light and didn’t charge me for this. They wii continue to be my go to company. I feel very comfortable that I’m not getting over charged. Highly recommend them!

Last night my heater/ Furnace stop working and I called Priority Heating & Cooling and they came out first thing in the morning and fixed my furnace AK Was super nice Friendly kind and give me all the details what was wrong with my furnace and give me some tips for future. Not only was the team EXTREMELY professional, they treated us like family and took the time to make sure we knew everything. Having an AC and a furnace replaced at the same time is stressful but seeing James, Allen and Dominique have fun while doing the job made our day! Great company and great team...thanks fellas!

Nice to know there is a company that operates based on taking care of the customer, kind of the old fashioned way of doing business. First a live person answered, second showed up on time and when they said they would, third offered options to just replacing and costing $3-4000. Finally did the work at the time of the visit, fixing any problems we had. Now I don't know if it will last 2 years or 5 years, but I know Priority will have me covered for at least the next two.
