James and his team are very knowledgeable and super responsive. Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening. I called and left a voicemail saying that it wasn't working and asked someone to give me a call the next morning to see if someone could come out (it wasn't too cold out yet so we would be fine through the night). James called me back within 30 minutes and said that someone would be out the next day around 9:30 am. It was actually James that came out and he was there right at 9:30 am. He took a look at the problem and didn't have the part needed, but he found a temporary solution to get us heat. 2 days later another tech came out and installed the replacement part super fast. This is just great customer service.

I just had my new furnace installed today. It took a dump last week in December. They sent they service tech out to help us troubleshoot and he was able to show us what was wrong and worked with us in finding something comparable to replace it. Then Kyle, Allen and the owner, James stopped out and got everything hooked up and running perfectly. They took the time out to work with me and show me my new Ecobee thermostat and the unit itself.
