Just purchase my house and not even 4 days later the AC goes out. Was going to have a guy come out and he bailed on me and ignored me for 2 days. Searched online saw amazing reviews and decided to give it a try. They were very nice over the phone and James came out the next day. He was very professional, compassionate and knew exactly what he was doing. Very informative for a first time home owner. He even cleaned off my AC unit for me. I was very thankful. Just in time for the 4th of July.

I contacted Priority Heating & Cooling last weekend (12/30/17) because the furnace went out at a neighbor's house while they were out of town. With temperatures outside below zero, the temperature in the house was down to 32 degrees by the time the problem was discovered. I called Priority Heating & Cooling after hours and explained the urgency of the situation. James quickly returned my call and was at the house soon after working on the furnace. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, but because it was late at night on a holiday weekend, he was unable to obtain the replacement part. To warm the house and prevent pipes from freezing in the meantime, James repaired a gas fireplace that wasn't working properly and loaned us several space heaters. The following day (Sunday, New Year's Eve) James was able to obtain the replacement part and repair the furnace. I can't say enough good things about James and Priority Heating & Cooling. James did a great job and really went the extra mile. He was prompt, super helpful and accommodating, and the price was fair and reasonable. I have also used Priority Heating & Cooling in the past for A/C work and have always been pleased with the results. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

I contacted Priority Heating & Cooling when I needed to have a whole-home humidifier installed. I called several companies, and they were by FAR the most competitive in pricing, which is very important to me! Not only that, they were very responsive, answering all of my questions and helping me feel comfortable about the decision to work with them.
On the day of installation, Dominick and Noah were on-time, explained the process completely and used a lot of care in site set up and clean up. They patiently explained all of the operation process (this is my first experience with a humidifier). They were incredibly friendly and anwered my questions about another issue I was having with my HVAC. James, the owner, even stopped by to check in for questions, too. They take pride in their work and do a great job; caring to pay attention to detail.
I would completely recommend them and will certainly used them again, in the future!

Had the humidifier unit attached to my furnace malfunction and was in continual run mode getting the humidity in my house up in the 80%. Called and they were able to send someone out to assess it that same day and scheduled the repair for two days later. On time, excellent work, knowledgeable in product and causes. Would recommend them to others and will be using them again in the near future in regards to my AC.

A phrase comes to mind to describe my assessment of Priority Heating and Cooling. “They would go the extra mile” to get the job done right and to satisfy their customers.

They are the greatest. We had three different companies come and give us estimates on getting mini split AC systems installed and these guys are the least expensive and have the best warranty. I am so glad we didn't go with anyone else. They are so responsive and so much fun to have around! Good people all around.

I had another company look at our AC unit. During the visit they looked at my furnace and told me both were shot and needed to be replaced. They that it would have cost me $10K. I called Priority for a second opinion and told James that I wanted them to do the replacements if they were needed. He thoroughly examined my furnace and found nothing wrong and he was able to repair the AC unit. The other company was not honest. James, even after I told him that I wanted him to do the replacement, did a thorough inspection and was honest about what was needed. I will work with Priority from now on. They are honest people.

Great customer service. Had an issue with old AC that they were able to quickly diagnose and fix on the same day. So happy to not have to suffer through a long weekend of hot weather without AC! Thank you for your great service. Priority Heating & Cooling is the only company I call whenever I need my furnace or AC serviced.

Great service from Jim and Alex. They got my gas fireplace up and running in a short period of time. Professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. They were recommended by a neighbor and I am so happy I called them. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future repairs or large appliance replacement.
