James and his company were great and very knowledgeable. He listen and answered to all my questions. Had an installation of a new AC and it went smoothly. They originally planned to come at 9am and I had to pick up family at the the airport at 1pm and they were kindly enough to offered and come at 730am so I had enough time. Highly recommended.

I reached out to Priority Heating & Cooling Inc after a bad experience with another local company. Julie listened to my concerns and offered to send James out to take a look at my 25+ year old AC unit. James arrived and asked me what was going on with my unit. He listened thoroughly and promptly got to work diagnosing the issue which he explained well and with pictures. He fixed my issue to get me cool air again but also provided an estimate for a new unit as fix was more than likely only temporary. Tuesday was helpful as well...she promptly provided revised documents after the service call. I will definitely call them again and have recommended to others already!!

They exceeded my expectations. Last year I had a new AC system installed at a fair price and it had a factory defect with the compressor. This was the first such issue they had seen in over 20 yrs. I called them up, they sent someone out, and ended up replacing the outside unit at no cost to me. They really treat their customers well and have excellent service. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Tara was very pleasant and professional on the phone she worked with my limited schedule to get the work done. Dominik was thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done and was very efficient. I would highly recommend this company. It was great to have the personal experience.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. They were able to get out to my home the same day I called in, after waking up to a cold house in below zero temps outside. And their fees were SO good! I highly recommend them.

We have used Priority Heating and Cooling for several years. We call them for any HVAC issue at our own home, and a couple rental properties. They are always super responsive and they do great work. No reason for us to use anyone else.

The priority tech came out to clean out our second floor laundry vent to the roof. Price quoted before their job started was very reasonable. the work entailed more than originally estimated and they stuck to the original quote. you just don't see that these days. High quality communication with the office and with the tech. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them.

I have been very happy with my experience with Priority Heating and Cooling. Last year they were very quick and responsive when I was having issues with my furnace not running properly. I signed up for the maintenance plan and they have continued to be great. They call every 6mo to schedule a furnace or A/C checkup. I have worked mainly with Jimmy and he has been very upfront an honest with each appt. He had always had my best interest at hand and has never tried to "up-sell" anything that wasn't necessary at the time. Everyone I have had contact with has been great and will definitely continue to use them in the future.
