I would highly recommend Priority Heating. We have been using them for over 10 years. Most recently they performed yearly maintenance for our furnace, uv light system and humidifier. They are always professional and you can trust what they are recommending.

From the first time I contacted Priority Heating & Cooling when we moved in 2019 they have exceeded my expectations. The owner and staff have been both prompt and professional, whether it's for a service call or maintenance call. Last week we had a water heater issue. They made time that day to service the unit and make the repair.

Was easy to schedule a appointment for our furnace that was shutting down every two weeks. Staff was friendly and helpful with advice and different options going forward. Did a good job with the service.

Called and within 15 minutes a technician was at my door. Great customer service and very clean professional technician that solved the problem within minutes. They all deserve a beer!

Scott showed up within 1 hour of calling and stuck with what turned out to be a very strange problem, until he fixed it. He was professional, courteous and knowledgable. The pricing was fair and I am, overall, very happy with the experience.

My furnace had a gas leak in it, and Priority Heating squeezed us in same-day from me calling to come out and look at it. James looked everything over, found the leaks and we needed a valve to be replaced to completely stop the leaking. He was up front about the costs, and was very clear about what needed to be replaced with no unnecessary selling.

After the initial visit, we noticed new noise from our unit (rattling), and they came out next business day and resolve THOSE issues without any questions asked. I'm fairly certain that this additional visit by James was after a long day with other customers and he just fit us in on his own time.

I'm absolutely blown away by the service James provided to us and would recommend Priority Heating & Cooling for anyone looking for HVAC services for their home.
