    My family has used Soderlin’s for a number of years and we haven’t been disappointed yet! The staff is personable, knowledgeable and take pride in the work that they do. Jeff and Jason are the best! They answered all of our questions and make you feel good about the decisions that have to be made! We will continue to use Soderlin’s for our plumbing and heating needs and we will recommend them to our family and friends!

    Jeff Johnson and Dana replaced our hot water heater, furnace and humidifier promptly and courteously. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no footprint. Very responsive. We would highly recommend them.

    We've used Soderlin's services for probably 17 years now and happy to call them our go-to plumbers. We can always get one of their people out when we need them, they show up when they say they will, and they have always been very competent and professional. The service we had from Jason yesterday is a prime example. We needed a leaky kitchen sink U-bend and 3 slow bathroom drains fixed, and he took care of all the problems very efficiently and very well! And it barely took him over an hour. No, it wasn't cheap because we needed one section of pipe replaced and another removed -- but (a) you get what you pay for, and (b) because the slow drains were very uncomplicated he charged us a fraction of what snaking them out would usually cost. Plus Jason was very personable and professional. HIRE THESE GUYS.

    Avoid this company at all costs. We bought a new air conditioner from Soderlin 3 years ago. Rather than installing it, Soderlin contracted with another company to do the work. We never saw or heard from Soderlin again. It was a bait-and-switch. The air conditioner broke last summer, and Soderlin would not even come out and fix it. Other companies said they would have stood behind their work; Soderlin would not (even though it did not do the work in the first place). Soderlin previously broke two toilets in our home. I recommend Residential Heat and Air. We have had great success with that company.

    I have used Soderlin in the past for plumbing, this time I needed help with my AC unit. Jeff Johnson came the next day, right on time. He explained what needed to be done and the fix was quick, but he also took the time to suggest a couple of things I should do to keep the unit as efficient as possible. I will continue to use Soderlin.

    I had Jeff Johnson and his crew here to update some hot water pipes. My heating system and boiler are now up to code. Got an estimate on a Thursday and the work was completed on Monday. Quick, on-time and a great job! Clean too.

    Well THAT couldn't have been better. Our central air conditioner was making noises and the fan wasn't spinning, so I called Soderlin. They had a tech here withing FIFTEEN minutes! Jeff solved the problem, took care of some neglected clean up of up of the equipment, gave us some good advice about maintenance, petted our little dog (who uncharacteristically loved him at first sight) and drove off in his truck. I imagine part of the timing was good luck, but I am now SOLD on Soderlin. What a swell experience that was!

    Jeff Johnson was amazing. I had a leaky water heater and he was able to install a new one in one visit to the house. I was very satisfied with this company and will use them for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.

    Soderlin was easy to schedule with and got the job done quickly and right. However, during the initial service call, I felt a bit pressured by the fast talking. Perhaps it’s true that more needed to be done than we had suspected, but the initial job quote seemed outlandish. After a few more prodding questions, I realized I didn’t have to go the route that was originally explained to me, and so we knocked off a few hundred dollars. Although the final quote still seemed steep for what needed to be done, especially for something that ended up only taking an hour, we went with Soderlin because we were in a time crunch. The final product does look amazing and is much more functional than our original setup. All in all, Soderlin does great work, but I’m not convinced all the work prescribed is necessary.

    Really didn't want to write this review, especially in times like these but i feel it's necessary. Had an issue with two pipes in my home and was quoted with an upfront price of $310 to clear both of them after several calls with their office. When the plumber (who i believe was contracted) arrived he gets into my home, surveys the situation and says in total both pipes should take around 1.25 hours to clear but if it takes longer it would be $50/15 minutes it took longer. I found this off-putting considering no "time-limit" was mentioned when i initially set up this appointment, and definitely no mention of additional charges if it went over said limit. That being said I didn't make a big fuss at the time given he was already in home said both should be relatively easy. The plumber completed the work, while being very friendly and talkative throughout job and while i'm not here to criticize work ethic or style, he seemed rather casual with his time given said "time-limit". That being said he completed the work and notified me that by his calculation it took 30 minutes longer than expected so i'd be charged $100 additional. Not wanting to get into a discussion there (we had two people working from home in small apartment) i provided payment. I called the next day to discuss with office to get further clarification on this pricing structure and while initially was met with openness and professionalism it rather abruptly turned south when i expressed that i wasn't satisfied with the solution to refund me 50% of the "additional time" charges. In fact whoever i was speaking to on the phone accused me of trying to take advantage of them and was forced to hang up on me before "They were going to say something they regret". Let me say I did not raise my voice or resort to personal attacks throughout this call, I am very empathetic to small businesses especially during these trying times but I must make a stand when i feel i am being taking advantage of as my main issue were these fees that were unclear, arbitrary, and not communicated up front.
