Excellent service! They were one of the few available to diagnose our boiler issue and help us with a decision to replace or keep going. We did go with a different company that we were having a lot of work done that gave us a significant discount.

Had a leaky water heater that needed replacement. Soderlin (Jeff Johnson) arrived within 30 minutes of call and was able to install a new system with permits that day. Very professional and quality service. Thank you.

My main water was off for several days in my attempts to remove 2 corroded valve stems for the hot & cold tub handles that were the cause of water dripping. After checking out endless plumbers with ridiculous fees and labor charges I accidently came across Soderlin. I'll admit I was hesitant to make an appt to remove the 2 valve stems because if their reasonable service and base charges but I did. I was then told they're booked for the day (Friday of course lol) and may not be able to come until Monday but several hours later I received a call saying Jason was on his way!! Jason was so courteous, respectful, professional and very determined to get the job done and with great effort he did!!

I have a very complicated hybrid system that has scared many a plumber away. It includes a boiler, holding tank, and air blower, and six zone regulators, but the component that wasn't working was a single floor board hot water radiator. It just stopped out of the blue, even while the rest of the system continued to work properly. I contacted Soderlin after they closed on a Thursday evening, leaving a message and their technician Chad came out on Friday morning. Chad took about 20 minutes to diagnose the problem, what it would cost, and how long it would take to repair it. Within an hour and a half the problem was resolved. It was air in the pipes. Chad gave me confidence that should anything happen, they would return to fix any issue, which was very reassuring because of the complexity and age of the system. I cannot thank Soderlin and Chad enough and they will always be my go-to plumbers in the future.

I had Soderlin over last week to fix a leak with my shower/tub. Not only was the plumber efficient and did a great job, he also looked at something on my sink. I have had them out a couple times over the years and I have nothing but high praise for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Sorderlin has done a lot of work for us through the years. They were referred to us by a co-worker almost 20 years ago and have never let us down. Just this week we were having a strange experience with a big-box retailer installation team and Soderlin came to the rescue with a same- day solution. I want to thank Mary for her patience as I was talking to her on the speakerphone for an appointment while I was also trying to deal with the original installer; very gracious and polite. Jeff did the install and was professional and helpful. Explained to me very clearly what the best way to solve the problem was and executed flawlessly. We always have confidence in their work and refer Soderlin whenever we can.

Or maybe even a plumbing company that employs experienced techs that are going to show you what the problem is, and offer to repair it?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then look no further. Soderlin has all this. They’re techs are fantastic. Best I’ve ever encountered. Dave J came out to look at my radiant heat system, and not only pointed out how to operate it, but explained the basic fundamentals on how the system works. The old saying, “it’s normal price to watch, but double if I need to explain it.” does not apply here. Dave explained and answered my questions with a great deal of accuracy. He was on-time and professional. If I was Dave’s boss, I’d probably have to consider giving him a raise for being such a valuable asset to the company, and for being awesome.

The negative reviews here are old, and have no weight in the present. My experience with Soderlin was 5 stars from beginning to end. I reached out via their contact form online, and had a follow up phone call to schedule service within hours. The person on the phone was pleasant and articulate. No problems with customer service there.

The team at Soderlin is solid as a rock, and not messing around with their customer’s time. I would recommend Solderlin to anyone in the Twin Cities area to turn a plumbing nightmare into a plumbing success! 5 stars, men! Keep up the good work!!!

Had small gas leak and Jeff Johnson was here within 45 minutes, conferred with the gas company rep who was already here and resolved the issue quickly. I have had this company replace my water heater, furnace and water pipes in the past. If you want it done right and quickly these are absolutely the ones to call!!!!

Always good service from Soderlin. Jeff came by and fixed the leaking drain in my tub -- I thought it would cost a bundle and require taking down part of the ceiling below, but no. Jeff found the problem and fixed it, along with stopping an under sink slow drip, and it didn't break my bank. Kudos! Well done.

Our AC broke on Friday, we called Soderlin’s the same day and they came out on Monday. Jeff Johnson was on time and acted professional, courteous and transparent — all while maintaining a proper social distance. He fixed our AC quickly and efficiently! -John and Anna
