I have used Soderlin exclusively for all plumbing, A/C and heating needs, for over 30 years. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly...I could go on and on! A special shout-out to Jeff Johnson, who has been our most frequent service person. He installed our furnace and a tricky A/C system, and always gives practical advice. When I think Soderlin, I think "peace of mind."

I am 100% satisfied with the help I got from Soderlin today. I called this morning about my broken kitchen sink faucet and it was replaced by 2pm. Jason was friendly, professional, hardworking and helpful. He answered all my questions about some plumbing related matters with patience and expertise. I especially appreciated his familiarity with the 100 year old houses that are so common in S. Mpls. Thank you Jason, and Soderlin!

The crabby woman that answered the phone the multiple times I called, should've been the first red flag. We needed a radiator moved to have a sump pump system installed in a small condominium building. I was told that the entire boiler would need to be drained and the radiator cut and moved. We drained the boiler and radiators ourselves with a couple short phone calls to ask a quick question. The next day, Chad was here for 10 minutes to make two cuts with skill saw - and had a moving company come for 10 minutes to move the radiator. We were charged $700 for 20 minutes and no materials. Then we were quoted $2200 to move the radiator back and refill the boiler system - and told this would be a complicated and very time consuming project. We hired a different company that was half the price and said this was very routine and only took a couple hours with no issues. They also said that the system didn't need to be drained in the first place. I want to support local businesses but this experience was classic price gauging.

Soderlin Plumbing has become my go to plumber for all my jobs. It started with fixing a hot water heater which instead of trying to sell me a new water heater, Soderlin's tech actually diagnosed the problem and fixed it for under $100. From that point on, I call them for everything. They recently installed my new furnace and I could on and on about how great that is. The staff is friendly, professional, and does fantastic work, but most importantly, you don't feel like they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible.

Jason replaced a bathroom sink faucet & cleaned out the tub drain. He did a great job! The faucet is so much better & easier to use! Nice design too! The water in the tub is going down great! Even sounds better! Thanks Jason! Very happy with the service!

We had a really good experience working with Soderlin. Customer service was top notch from their office staff and Jason. We needed help problem solving our kitchen and outdoor faucets and laundry room. Jason came up with great solutions and got things fixed quickly.

We called their after hours line on a Sunday evening, received a callback within an hour. Chad arrived by 9am the next day. He quickly located the issue and repaired our cracked pipe. He also gave us a referral to a fantastic water mitigation service.

Once done he took the time to educate us on some aspects of our home's plumbing. He was fast and efficient, professional and polite.

I had what I thought was a straight forward plumbing need, but which turned into a very complicated fix. I was given a price quote right away and able to schedule the service in a few days. The plumber was on time, very pleasant, explained every step of the work, did great work, and was diligent with clean up. I would definitely use Soderlin again.

I want say to upfront that a) the technician was friendly and b) the costs were given to me ahead of time. I was quoted $879 to get my boiler cleaned. "Good news is there is no service fee for this call" to get it looked at. I could say that hearing "you can't legally run your boiler until it is cleaned" was part of the reason I immediately agreed to it but that is splitting hairs. The cost, and saying they'd have to come back to do the work, made me think it was going to be a big job. I never had this done before given this is the first house I owned. The next week they came back and were here less than an hour and a half. Something doesn't add up here. I called their office and spoke with Jason, and asked to give me an explanation and his explanation was simply "that's what it costs". I said, that works out to be over $500 an hour, then he says it includes the original service call, but I have paper work that says it was zero. I would suggest calling around to get some more estimates before going with these folks. I wanted to support a business that is in my same neighbor hood instead of one of the bigger outfits in the cities and I have to say I am just disappointed that I won't be calling them for future work.

Jason has been to the house twice, once to unclog a toilet and again
recently to install a new sump pump and back up pump. He is personable,
efficient and clearly loves his job. The work was done quickly and at a
reasonable price. I will definitely use Soderlin for any future plumbing
needs, and highly recommend them.
