Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning

DO NOT USE THEM! They obviously are not licensed to do HVAC work or to legally pull permits to do the work. We had work done over a month ago, have been calling them daily to find out the status of our permit and they give us the same song and dance. “Someone will contact you before the end of the day to update you.” We have NEVER received a return call from them after a month of daily calls. Their “storefront” is an abandoned garage. They’re liars, cheats and very poor business people. They won’t even respond to the City Inspector when he called on our behalf.

Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning did a phenomenal job! We are more than pleased with the service they provided, installing the new furnace and heat pump.They are working perfectly and smoothly. The thermostat is easy to use and is accessible on our phones. Definitely recommend and use them again.

Yesterday Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new air conditioner. Jeff and his assistant were prompt, courteous , professional and helpful throughout their working at our house. They patiently answered all our questions, went out of their way to accommodate our requests, made sure that we were satisfied before leaving and cleaned up completely when the job was done. Very thorough. Great work ethic. I feel they always do a great job. Our tech was Jeff. Very pleased with his work. He made he explained everything in a language I could understand. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone else from other companies could be as savvy and smart as Jeff, and I won't even try to find out!
