Our aging furnace quit on a weekend when it was 10° and they showed up promptly with space heaters. They gave us their price for a new furnace with instructions to phone on Monday after we'd gotten a bid from a competitor. They said we were welcome to keep the space heaters over the weekend even if we wouldn't be purchasing from them. On Monday after getting a visit and a bid from another company, we chose White Bear Heating to replace the furnace. They brought a new one over and installed it that afternoon.

We went with them two years later when we needed a new A/C unit. Their prices are good and the service is even better. They're quick, efficient, and thorough.

Tye went above and beyond to help us fix the broken furnace. Turned out, the other company’s technician was a scambag too as he bent and twisted the limit switch to fit into our furnace. Tye from White Bear Heating and Cooling was very diligent and knowledgeable in his area of expertise, giving honest advise and explaining how to prevent this issue in the future. Needless to say their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Will definitely keep this company in mind for the future reference

I had them come out and diagnose why my AC wasn't working, I wanted to support local businesses and the owners son came out looked at it hooked up his gauges to check pressures and decided that my "ONLY OPTION" was to get a new AC unit. That was the worst diagnostics I have ever paid for!! Especially since all I needed was a new start capacitor and switch, I recommend never using them to "Fix" your AC or HVAC system unless you want to pay for a new system because that is their way of diagnosing stuff.

Outstanding. They installed our ac unit 2 years ago and on one the hottest weekends of this summer our ac went out. We called and within 1hr Tye had the fuse replaced and the ac was up and working. White Bear Heating and Cooling had done all of our heating and cooling and we would NOT have anyone else. After hours response was out standing and his courtesy appreciated. Thank you WBHC

We had them replace all four ac units in our townhome association. Within 6 months, one of the units had a heating problem. We called them and it took a week for them to get there. As the first summer rolled around, now we noticed that our ac was blowing warm air so we called them back to come look at it. They did and said it was low on Freon. They filled it and charged us over 70$. I asked them why it was low when they just replaced the units less than a year ago and they said it must have gotten a leak somewhere. I told him there was no leak in it before as we have had the former unit for 9 years. He said they tested it when they installed the new units but upon asking numerous times, they could not provide the documents for the "tests". Now this year, same issue. They won't answer their phones anymore when we call from our numbers and they are rude and hang up on us when we call from other numbers. We have no cold air again and we currently have a claim open with the better business bureau. We are easy to please people who expect the air to at least work. Currently looking for new people to fix it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR Money x5

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced about a month ago. They were very informative and did an excellent job. I have used them for decades for my furnace and air-conditioning work. In addition, I just had my ductwork cleaned. Wow, who knew a house could be so dirty. I had heard horror stories about other companies leaving lots of dust everywhere after cleaning their ductwork. There is not a trace of dust anywhere. I had lots of questions about how things work and feel very informed now. They always make me feel like there are no dumb questions. A special shout out to Rick... he is the best and I hope he never retires!!!
