White Bear Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job installing a new furnace when it was determined during an annual fall inspection that ours needed to be replaced due to cracks in the heat exchanger. Within 45 minutes of calling White Bear Heating & Cooling when our furnace stopped working, Tye was there and already fixing the issue. Not only was he super helpful and friendly, but he showed us how to avoid the same issue in the future. Everyone I talked with here was really helpful and friendly, and we will definitely be using them for all our furnace and AC needs in the future! I am new to the area. Yesterday my air conditioner died, and it was the hottest day on record. Today I was planning to have my parents over to celebrate my birthday. It's the first time I've been able to spend my birthday with my family in over 10 years! It's another record-setting heat wave so I really needed AC! I called White Bear Heating and Cooling in a panic. They came over within 2 hours and fixed it. I'm sure they were swamped with customers in similar situations, so I can't express how thankful I was to them that they made time for me, and so quickly!

Our technician today was very professional, and was able to avoid an expensive part replacement by calling another technician and getting some advice that ensured that he was able to use our existing parts. I was very happy, and would definitely call White Bear Heating and Cooling again.

Definitely a good and honest company which is hard to find these days! Richard was very good and very knowledgeable! He called out what was wrong even before opening up the furnace.

White Bear Heating and Cooling rescued our family when our old furnace needed to be replaced! Because our disabled daughter was cold and because they are great people, they did the installation at night after they had already had a long day. They were pleasant and professional, and their price was very reasonable. We are glad we have found such wonderful company for our AC and heating needs!

In the midst of -30 degree temps over the past 3 days, our furnace stopped working. Called them and they had a tech at my house within under an hour. Fantastic service. He fixed the blower motor and had our heat back up and running within another hour. That type of service and response time (while some companies I called were booked out 3 days), is exceptional. I would easily recommend them and will be saving their number for future service.

Our 53 year-old boiler stopped working yesterday. I first called another company. The other company informed me that my boiler was too old to be repaired and that I would need a new boiler at a cost of $6,000-8,000. I then called White Bear Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. They showed up at my house about 30 minutes later and the boiler was completely repaired in about 2 hours for a fraction of the cost of replacement. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service, their responsiveness (it was below freezing outside) and their honesty. I highly recommend White Bear Heating and Cooling.
