Just like all the service techs that have come to my home during the 9 years since we we installed our heating and cooling system. Weston Heating and Cooling does a great job training all their employees. I've never had a problem with sales, schedulers, or the service techs.
I've had a great experience with Weston. I initially needed them to come clear a clogged condensate line and was impressed by their professionalism. I signed up for a maintenance contract on my main unit and also got a mini-split system installed. Later, we found a manufacturer defect in the mini-split and their techs worked hard to help get it resolved. Their expert technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and are always on time.
From sales to install to assisting with completing my Duke rebate paperwork, Weston Heating and Cooling was fantastic. My new HVAC system is working perfectly and performing exactly as Weston's rep, Joel said it would. In comparison to other vendors reviewed, this company offers great products at a good value.
I recently moved into a new home and quickly realized that the HVAC system was in dire need of repair. I did some research online and decided to go with this company. I am so glad that I did. The technician who came to my home, Mike, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and he was able to fix the issue with my HVAC system quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed with their services that I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family members. Thank you so much for your help!
Exceptional customer service - they installed a new unit in our house and were very professional, courteous, and communicative through the whole process. The team led by Kent is top notch -- reasonable pricing, value, and service all wrapped up in one company. Highly recommend!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. At this point, I am beyond frustrated with the abysmal communication from this franchise.
I want to be clear that I TRIED to use this company to repair my daughter’s furnace when it was -15 outside. They gave me a window of 4 hours (8pm - 12 am). At 11:30 pm, I called and was told that they were contacting the tech. By 12:30 am - there was NO tech and NO communication from the company. I called back and was again told that they were contacting the tech. By 1:30 am - still NO tech and NO communication from the company. I tried to call them again at 2:30. No answer. 3:30 - No answer. 4:30 - No answer. 5:30 - No answer. 6:30 - they finally answered and said that they would be out between 10:00 and 1:00. I called again at about 9:30 for an update and was told the appointment was cancelled.
I understand that there are staffing shortages, and I understand that there are emergencies. My issue is with the complete lack of communication. If I had been informed about the emergency the night before, I could have contacted another company.
I am deeply disappointed with how this franchise handled this situation.

From the moment the technicians came to the house to do the estimate, we saw that the level of service and thoroughness was better than the other estimates that we had received from other companies. The manager worked with us on pricing until we were satisfied. The techs that came out to install the new unit were professional and took their time to do a great job with the installation. We are pleased!
They charge $75 for an estimate. It might not be industry standard, but I appreciate this as a business owner and professional because it indicates they value their time. I value mine. Scheduled to show up between 1-4. We need a furnace replaced, have kids, and it’s getting cold so I clear things to make sure I am here for the appointment. No call. No show. Incredibly unprofessional. There are a lot of other companies to choose from. Avoid this one.
Weston Heating and Cooling provided excellent communication, courteous technicians, prompt service, quality work, all at a fair price. When my air conditioner died, they first advised, helping me determine if I had any warranty to assist with the cost of repairs. Next, they provided a thorough quote [without any pressure] and time to consider my options. Finally, they installed my new air conditioner professionally. I will recommend them to anyone!
After being in a non-air conditioned house for several months, we decided to get some bids for AC installation. Weston Heating and Cooling came out the next day to give us a quote, and walked us through each option available, the discounts, and the installation process. We made a choice and our AC was installed in less than three days at a very reasonable price. We were impressed with the service and will be in contact with them for future maintenance.
