J. Smith Heating and Air Conditioning participated on an episode of the DIY Network television show Bath Crashers. They did a fantastic job! They were at all the required meetings on-time, were on top of pulling the necessary permits and did a fantastic job given our crazy and quick timeline. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Service was prompt on a VERY COLD day. They were extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed problem quickly. He also answered our questions on heating system in our home. We have only lived here one year and we were unsure of how system worked. Price was reasonable. We will definitely call them if we need any heating or AC services in the future.

We blew the capacitor on our A/C on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend -- of course nobody was open. Out of desperation, I called Joel at home. He drove in and opened up his shop and sold me the part I needed. Later that afternoon, he even called back to ensure that I got everything installed and running properly. This is the kind of old school customer service you don't get from a big chain. Thanks Joel!

I was introduced to Curt through a mutual aquaintence in the HVAC field and we spoke briefly on the phone while I was out on a job site. Curt was able to show up early and handle my furnace problem with out me even being home, we even handled the bill over the phone. Professional HVAC Tech's of this caliber are hard to find, he's now in my speed dial in case anybody I know needs his services. Thanks again Curt.

We have been using Joel Smith Heating for 19 years. When our a/c needed to be replaced, they had a new a/c installed 2 days later! I really like working with a small, family business.

We woke up to a cold house on Friday. I called around to see about getting someone out to look at our furnace and everyone had a full schedule. However, when I called Joel Smith Heating and explained what the furnace was doing, Adeana walked me through a bunch of different things to test and she was able to diagnose what the problem was over the phone. She then sent me a youtube video that showed me how to fix the problem. I'm sure it took me a little longer than a professional to fix, but it sure felt good when I got everything put back together and the heat turned on!! Thank you so much Adeana!!

Thursday July 2nd, A/C stopped working. Called Joel Smith Heating & Air Conditioning. They said July 3rd is a Holiday. Got an appointment for Monday July 6th. We were having a big 4th of July party only with no A/C.
Got a call 2 hours later and soon after that a serviceman showed up. He had the part in his van. Here and done in less than 1/2 hour. Saved the day and the party!

I called them last night after hours and left a message. They called me back right away this morning and had my AC fixed before I got home from work. And they even had to order parts. I am very happy with the service we got from this company, and would highly recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors.

Had an intermittent gas furnace problem where furnace would lock-out after three start tries. Intermittent nature made diagnosis problematic. They cleaned one of the probes and replaced the inducer motor and a switch hopefully resolving problem. Prompt service at very fair price. Definitely recommend this family business.
