My wife and I have used Joel Smith for many projects and upgrades in our house and couldn't be happier. Their prices are fair, there are no surprises, and when they say they'll be there at nine, they are there at nine. Everyone they've sent to the house is friendly, they know what they're doing, and they take their boots off. We highly recommend them.

I have had them do a few repairs , gas line shut offs installed ,and tune ups done in the past. Every time they have provided top notch service at reasonable prices. They are very honest. You will be satisfied with any service they can help you with.

Curt's dad sold us the HVAC system when we did a major home remodel. Curt and Brian installed the various parts. Curt continues to monitor and service the components, and we are happy homeowners! An extra bonus, through their efforts, was to navigate a little advertised Excel Energy program that provides for 1/2 electrical rates for our in-floor heating, heat exchanger/AC, and hot water heater. Brian came out to do a checkup and adjustment our system. He treated it like it was his own. Didn't rush anything. Ran all the tests and made all the adjustments. He was one of the two fellows that installed the furnace, a/c unit and humidifier 3 years ago and it is running in top shape now. We could not be happier with their good and services!!

As ALWAYS, these folks are on time, pleasant, efficient and honest. I would not trust my Heating/Air Conditioning to anyone else! Just had a regular maintenance this time. I purchased furnace, air conditioning, & water heater from them before and will definitely do so again when needed!
