Joel Smith Heating and A/C is that diamond in the ruff. We have searched over the years for a company that takes pride in what they do and couldn’t find one till now. After searching on line and reading great reviews we scheduled our annual maintenance check with J Smith Heating. Their technician did an amazing job tuning up the furnace and even found some errors made by other companies.

When he was finished I asked if they work on fireplaces and found they do that as well. Something that a lot of HVAC companies don’t do. He was very thorough and explained the issue very well. We’re eager for the parts to come in and be able to use the fireplace again.

I would highly recommend J Smith Heating and A/C to anyone. If you schedule an appointment for the morning be sure to brew some coffee and offer the technician some. It’ll put a smile on his face. We’ll have a fresh cup waiting for when they come back to repair the fireplace.

Fantastic customer service and great work quality. The motor in our furnace went out. They did a great job diagnosing, and when they found out we were leaving the next day to go out of town, they offered to run and pick up the part to ensure same day installation for our peace of mind. They could have easily said they couldn’t get it until tomorrow or another day but they went the extra mile. Will be using them again in the future. Completely recommend them!

Time for a pre-winter furnace check-up so naturally we called Joel Smith Heating & Air Conditioning. The service is always prompt and Curt is professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. We'll be calling again in the Spring for an air conditioner check-up.

Had them come out to take care of an AC issue and they were thorough enough to also clear up an issue with the furnace. Was very happy with the final bill. Will be calling them from now on instead of AireServ, who I've usually been having come out but very unhappy with the ridiculous amount they charge for just to come out and are always trying to sell me a new furnace or maintenance program. It's been a much better experience with Joel Smith's Heating and AC.

We have been using Joel Smith Heating and Air for all of our heating, AC and other utility service since we moved into our current home (about 8 yrs.) and have never been disappointed with their service. After the recent hail storm in Blaine I called them to assess the damage to our AC condenser. Once again they did not disappoint as Joel came out personally to assess the damage and make recommendations for the best course of action based on the age of the unit and the fact that it was still cooling the house. I have been using them for over 10 years. It started big with a furnace, air conditioning and water heater replacement on my 20 year old house. Their newest visit for for a yearly tune up on the furnace last week. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, competent, and priced reasonably.

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionist to the guys who do the work. Dustin installed a inducer motor in my furnace, and Joel checked another problem I thought I had, but I had no problem, Joel is very knowledgeable and very helpful. These guys are great, you will not find a better Company to work on your furnace or AC.

I could not be more pleased. Joel Smith Heating and Air Conditioning went farther then any business I have ever dealt with. The installation of a new AC unit was totally stress free. The unit was replaced in July of 2015. In August of 2016, the thermostat that was installed with the new AC back in 2015 did not meet our needs for programming. I contacted the company and in just a few days they replaced the thermostat with one that I am 100% satisfied with. If there were more than 5 stars to give as a rating, they certainly deserve them. We had Joel come out to give us an estimate on a new A/C. I had other estimates scheduled but had such a good feeling after he came by that I canceled them. They were very reasonable and offered to fill the leak in our A/C with Freon to get us by until they could install the new one. I'm a very happy customer!
